I originally booked for 4 days, but ended up extending my stay to 6 days because I was really happy with everything. The room was clean, quiet, and super comfortable to relax in. Even the corridors were well-maintained and clean. The decorations were really cute, and I loved the small details—like the toiletries with little messages on them. Even the mugs were adorable, I liked them so much I actually bought one 😄 There was also space to hang clothes, and you can borrow an iron, which was really convenient. The staff were friendly and always helpful throughout my stay. The only small downside is that it’s a bit of a walk from the train station, so it might not be the most convenient for elderly guests. But location-wise, it’s still great—there are plenty of 7-Elevens nearby, and even a wet market, so it’s easy to find everything you need. Overall, I had a really satisfying 6-day stay and would definitely come back again next time 💛

It was very hard to fall asleep here. Our room was on the second floor facing the street, and there was zero soundproofing. I could hear everything: cars passing, bikers, and people talking outside. It felt like a punishment for not paying more for a garden-view room. Because of the noise, I couldn't fall asleep until 1:00 or 2:00 AM. Expectations vs. Reality I had high expectations because of the 4-star rating and the photos on Google. However, the pictures are misleading. They were taken with bright lights and blur to make the hotel look much nicer than it really is. In reality, the hotel is much simpler. Also, the pillows were very high and uncomfortable; I had to sleep without them to avoid hurting my neck. The cleanliness was only "okay." It was not super clean because there were spots on the walls and the bathroom floor drain was dirty. After this hotel i stayed in a real 4 star hotel and paid only 25 euros, the experience was much better and on a completely different level. On a positive note, the staff were very polite and helpful. And thai phad on breakfast was very delicious. I think hotels should be more honest with their photos so guests are not disappointed.

1/ Location - Located in central Bangkok, in the Ratchathewi area. There’s ongoing construction nearby (expected until around 2030), so traffic can be a bit inconvenient. I recommend taking grab bike/BTS instead of car or taxi to avoid traffic jams during peak hours. - ~500m walk away from Ratchathewi BTS station. From Suvarnabhumi airport, you can easily take the Airport Rail Link to Phaya Thai station -> choose skywalk to switch to BTS -> get off at Ratchathewi BTS station -> take a 10 min-walk to the hotel. This route is both budget friendly (~50 bahts/person for 25km) and time-saving (~1 hour) compared to taxis/grab cars. - Located deep inside a small alley (~400m from the main road), so it’s quiet and not affected by construction noise, with plenty of local eateries, 7-eleven stores, and a local market nearby. Very convenient overall. 2/ Cost: we booked one month in advance for an early February stay and got a great deal: ~9.1k bahts for 2 rooms of 4 people for 4D3N. That's ~760B/day/person, a really reasonable price considering how centered this hotel is. No unexpected extra charges during our stay. 3/ Rooms - Clean but quite smaller than expected even though we booked the 28m2 room with a balcony. If you stay with your partner just go for the one with the balcony since it feels airier and spacious for drying clothes, with only a small price difference. - Amenities include a mini fridge, a mini locker, an LCD TV (with free access to Netflix), a clothes rack (not a full wardrobe), a strong hair dryer, and basic toiletries. - A big plus: the sink area is separated from the toilet/shower, which feels more hygienic and convenient when sharing the room. - The main downside is poor soundproofing, as hallway noise can be heard easily. It may get noisy at night if the floor is busy, though luckily our stay was quiet despite being fully booked. - Some rooms (like room 415 where I stayed) have a slightly awkward layout where people in the corridor can see the balcony area, which reduces privacy a bit. Make sure to note it when booking. 4/ Other facilities - A small restaurant on the ground floor and a coffee counter on the 1st floor in case of morning coffee or quick meals. - A small but clean pool, though I rarely see guests using it. - No iron in the room but you can borrow one from the reception free of charge. 5/ Service: - All the staff here was super friendly and helpful, from security guards to receptionists and janitors. I asked for the iron and room slippers and they brought them to my room quickly. They were also happy to recommend nearby shops and currency exchange places. - Their English was pretty good so we didn’t have any problem when communicating. Conclusion: Great value for money and a very pleasant stay overall. Highly recommended among centrally located hotels in Bangkok.

I had the best time here! The rooms are very clean, staff are very attentive, helpful, kind, considerate and everything that you can ask for in a good and comfortable stay. The showers were amazing! Toiletries, towels and all the necessities even hair dryers are provided. The room has a fridge, an area where you can work when needed and the inside of the room was very spacious and it never felt cramped. The place was near all the attractions that we wanted to visit. You can find local street food that were really good all around the area. 7/11 in almost all street corners. Overall would highly recommend and will definitely rebook when I come back to Bangkok!

The general quality of the hotel is to a very high standard, rooms and amenities are all basically brand new. The bed was very comfortable with soft linen and the shower had good water pressure. Its location to the bts is good but that is your only option as there are not many bar/restaurant options locally. The staff were also very kind and helpful. The fifth star has not been given due to the advertisements of this hotel alluding to the idea of there being a pool. There is not a pool, it is a large bathtub in a car park, in the shade. Photos give the illusion of it being more than it is.
