Rooms are actually good, clean, and quiet. Service is great as well, they always clean the room and replenish essentials on a daily basis. Location, is very top notch. Close to pratunam night market, walking distance to platinum mall, big c, centralworld. and if you can, you can still walk up to siam malls.
The room was a little small. But it was clean. The man who welcomed us was so nice. The location of hotel was perfect to whom wanted to go shopping because there was a night market nearby to shop everything, from clothes to accessories. The hotel was also near Platinum Fashion mall, central world,...and you could walk to those places without using grab or BTS.
Luckily, we only stayed here for one night. At first, the room looked clean, neat, and comfortable. The staff, receptionist, and security were all friendly, polite, and helpful. The service was actually quick and responsive, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the main problem was the room facilities. The air conditioner wasn’t cold at all, and from the moment we entered, water was already dripping and spraying toward the bed. At night, the room became hot and stuffy even the hallway felt cooler than our room. We couldn’t rest properly. We reported the issue and a technician came quickly. He said the AC had a freon leak and could only be fixed the next day, while we were checking out in the morning. The most disappointing part is that we were staying with a BABY. A hot room with a leaking AC is clearly unsafe and unacceptable for a baby. Unfortunately, the hotel couldn’t provide a replacement room or any compensation. It’s such a shame because the staff service was good, but the room maintenance was very poor. For the price we paid, this experience was definitely not worth it. I hope the hotel improves their room checks and maintenance in the future, especially for families with children.
If you’re staying in Bangkok for a long time, this place is very suitable for long stays. It’s close to the market, the room is comfortable and clean, and the staff are friendly. And the most overrated (in a good way!) staff member is the male staff, I’m not sure if he’s a guard or something else, but he is extremely kind and very helpful. He does his job exceptionally well. He’s polite, efficient, and truly outstanding. He is the most helpful person I’ve ever met throughout my time as a tourist. I will definitely stay here again. Love from sabah, malaysia 🤍
Location wise it’s great and accessible to the popular areas like Pratunam and Platinum etc. Rooms are clean and quite spacious hall ways for your luggage. To note, doors are not really sound proof so if your neighbours are noisy, good luck. Staff are friendly and helpful! Overall, location is a plus point so if you are looking for affordable hotels and good location, you should stay here.
