As someone who has traveled all over the world and is a very picky traveler, I can honestly say this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the warm welcome and thoughtful snacks on arrival to the beautiful rooms that look exactly like the photos, everything was perfect. Breakfast was outstanding, with made-to-order options and beautiful presentation. The hotel smells amazing throughout, and the rooftop pool and bar are stunning. The staff truly made the stay special. The reception team was incredibly friendly, and the ladies at breakfast were so kind and welcoming every morning. Every detail was thoughtfully done, and I can’t wait to stay here again. Highly recommended!
Great hotel for the price. Close to everything. The staff is extremely nice. Excellent customer service! Tip: Pay extra and get the rooms on the 8th floor. Very spacious. Only downside is construction (pretty much in every major city). Also the gym needs a new treadmill hahahaha. I just want to stress again the customer service is amazing. Always smiling and always greeted me. And very very very accommodating. There were times, I looked forward coming back to the hotel to experience the kind smiles.
I had a wonderful stay at Tastoria Bangkok. I booked a suite, and it exceeded my expectations. The suite was spacious, comfortable, beautifully designed, and offered an amazing view of the city. Although this is a smaller, boutique-style hotel with only a limited number of floors and rooms, that actually made the experience feel more peaceful and personal. The staff were friendly, professional, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The location is another big advantage. It’s in a very convenient central area, making it easy to get around and explore Bangkok. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable boutique stay with excellent service and a fantastic suite.
I am writing this b4 I even check out because I didn't want to forget to review. I stayed here for 3 days and it was beautiful. The rooms are clean, spacious and beautiful. I was here for my birthday and the staff made it even more special for me. The location is perfect everything was in walking distance or I took the train (witch was very easy to navigate). The customer service at this hotel was superb and top tier. And dont forget to visit the rooftop bar the view is amazing. But the restaurant that is on the first floor the food was good and refreshing.
An absolutely amazing hotel experience. First, I want to mention the wonderful hosts, Eye and Noina. Even before we arrived, I asked if they could decorate the room for my wife’s birthday, and they immediately agreed and prepared a beautifully decorated and luxurious room for us, including a birthday card, a fruit platter, and printed photos of us that Eye thoughtfully requested in advance. In addition, the room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We had a small issue with the bathtub, and the staff handled it quickly, respectfully, and professionally, making sure to move us to another room without any inconvenience. The entire experience was enjoyable and relaxing thanks to the peaceful and beautiful atmosphere, along with the exceptional and kind service. I will definitely come back again.
