This was a great hotel! It's located in the middle of everything but quite inside. The staff go far beyond what's expected and are super friendly. The room was clean and quite with comfortable bed. I like it so much I will probably stay here exclusively. Only down was the view but I didn't care so much it's only 6 floors.
I am so glad to find the perfect place finally. After years of Thailand trips, this hotel seems exceptional. The cleanliness and location gets more than 5 star . Just one thing they need to improve is wifi service.
The hotel is in a very central location, which is convenient — but my room also came with a free “sleep-inside-a-nightclub” experience. The noise was extremely loud throughout the night, and by around 5 a.m. there was already a strong disco beat from downstairs. The beat was so powerful that the room seemed to vibrate with it. Great for people who enjoy cardio while lying in bed; not ideal for people who actually want to sleep. I asked the front desk if I could change rooms. The staff member worked very hard — mainly to explain why it was not possible. I must say, their dedication to refusing my request was impressive. But thanks to that, I also received valuable training in persistence. After I kept asking politely but firmly, a room was finally arranged, and I managed to sleep for about two hours. To be fair, the housekeeping staff were very kind and sincere, and I appreciated their service. I had stayed at this hotel many years ago, but this visit was definitely more memorable. Overall, if you are sensitive to noise or value sleep, I would strongly recommend checking the room location before staying here.
We stayed here for four nights and experienced the friendliest staff from the moment we checked in until check out. Super comfortable bed, large room and cold AC. I recommend you get breakfast included in your booking, it was all delicious. Not buffet style, but plenty of options to choose from. The restaurant staff were also fantastic, and nothing was too much trouble. We arranged a breakfast box for the morning of our departure as we had a very early flight. It was waiting for us a reception at 3:30am, and was delicious. The location is perfect, right in the middle if Asoke, close the MRT and BTS and Terminal 21 shopping mall. We will definitely stay here again when in Bangkok. Thank you Sukhumvit Suites and staff.
I recently stayed at Sukhumvit Suites Hotel, and it was my first time experiencing this kind of cozy, homely atmosphere—and I truly loved it. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the breakfast. While it’s not a buffet, the variety of choices available really makes you feel spoiled, with freshly prepared options that start your day on a great note. The location is also a huge plus. The hotel is easily accessible, with a sky bridge right beside the entrance that connects directly to Asoke BTS and Sukhumvit MRT stations—just a quick 2 to 3 minute walk. This made getting around Bangkok super convenient. Another bonus is the proximity to Terminal 21 mall, which is located right by Asoke BTS. It’s a great spot for shopping, dining, and exploring. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the experience in the Asoke area. I would definitely come back again!
