I had a very comfortable stay in this hotel!! Excellent service at front desk especially a male stuff in the morning! Also they brought over to me the things I need right after I made a call which is really amazing!! Very helpful stuff and the room was spotless .
I had an excellent stay at this hotel. First of all, the location is fantastic. Shopping malls and various restaurants are just opposite the building, and a Michelin-starred restaurant is situated right nearby. The service is outstanding as well. Everything is well arranged, from warm front desk reception to thorough daily room cleaning service. Though the room size is compact, it is fully equipped with practical facilities. You can find a washing machine and laundry detergent inside. Induction cooker, pots and tableware are also available, making it really convenient to prepare simple meals by yourself. What I love most is the onsen, which offers a relaxing experience. There is also a swimming pool on the upper floor, perfect for morning swimming workouts. The gym is small yet functional enough for daily exercise. Overall, I am totally satisfied with my accommodation experience here.
Great Stay with Outstanding Staff – Ruby & Zoklek Made the Difference My first impression of this hotel was truly shaped by the staff. Ruby, who is incredibly lovely and cheerful, went above and beyond to help me choose the best room layout among three different options—even though they were listed under the same room type. She also explained the membership benefits clearly and professionally. Staff like Ruby are exactly what make guests want to return again and again. Zoklek is another standout. He’s extremely friendly and easy to talk to—you can have a conversation with him about almost anything. His warm personality really adds to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. For context, I’ve been staying here for an extended period while evacuating from the UAE. I’ve already stayed more than 15 days and plan to continue for at least another 10 days, booking week by week as I monitor the situation. This longer stay has given me a much more comprehensive view of the hotel’s consistency, service quality, and day-to-day experience. The room itself was well-organized and very clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The pillows had just the right softness, and the duvet thickness was perfect for me. One highlight I really appreciate is the co-working space. It’s excellent—quiet, comfortable, and very practical for getting work done. There’s free hot coffee and cold drinking water available all day, which is a big plus. I was able to complete most of my work here, and the Wi-Fi connection is fast and reliable enough to depend on daily. However, the light switch system could use improvement. Once you turn off the master switch in the bedroom, you can’t turn on other lights in the room, which is quite inconvenient. The placement of switches is also not very intuitive—for example, the living room switch is located near the bedroom, so if you enter a dark living room in the evening, you have to walk quite far just to turn on the lights. Additionally, some switches require pressing the top, while others require pressing the bottom, which is confusing. Breakfast was good overall, though it can get a bit crowded due to the shared space with the Coffee Club. The onsen was excellent—the water temperature was just right, not too hot. However, a few lockers were not functioning properly. The pool is also nice, but the closing time feels a bit early. The location is very convenient. The hotel is right across from Marche mall, where you can find almost anything you need. It’s also less than a 10-minute walk to BTS Thong Lor. The hotel offers a shuttle service as well, and the driver is fantastic—whenever he sees you, he’s quick to assist, even if you’re the only passenger. Overall, a very pleasant and reliable stay, made especially memorable by the exceptional staff and great working environment.
I stayed at Staybridge Suites Bangkok Thonglor for several days and it was a very comfortable experience. The hotel is in a great location in Thonglor with many restaurants and cafes within walking distance, which made it very convenient during my trip. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped. I especially appreciated the small kitchen area and the comfortable bed, which made the stay feel more like home rather than a typical hotel. I would also like to mention Tubtim, the manager, who was incredibly professional and welcoming. She took the time to make sure everything during my stay was running smoothly and was always approachable if I needed assistance. Her calm and friendly manner really stood out and made the overall experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok!
