Cleanliness for me its all! This place couldn't be more clean than it was...I was very pleasantly stay in this guesthouse, everything was extremely clean. Personnel was very welcoming and helpful. As a travel agent I recommended this place 100%. Same review for Tavee Guesthouse where we had breakfast.
Nice hotel with restaurant in backyard. We got room on the top floor and and it was hard to get up with luggage. Room was very small without any closet or shelfs, so all our clothes and things had to stay in the bags. This was not biggest disadvantage but bathroom, that was not really separate room but a very small place with wc and shower that spilled water all around with a short wall like in public toilets. I would not recommend for a couple at all.
