We stayed at this hotel in 2023 and returned again recently. While we still enjoyed our stay overall, we felt the standards have slipped a bit since our last visit. There were a few maintenance and quality issues. The washbasin pipe in our room had a slight leak, and the towels felt old, worn, and quite rough. The breakfast buffet continues to offer a good variety, but the quality of the Indian food options could definitely be improved. We also visited Brewski on the 30th floor. Unfortunately, the nachos and guacamole were disappointing—the nachos were bland and lacked flavour, and the quesadilla was only average. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel still has many positives, including its ambience, location, and overall service. With a little more attention to maintenance and food quality, it could easily return to the high standards we experienced during our first stay. Overall, it’s still a good choice and one we would consider staying at again.
We're big fans of Radisson Suites Bangkok. The location on Sukhumvit is very convenient if you like the hustle and bustle but still want to stay just outside of it. The hotel is only a 5-7 minute walk away. mr.Sett and ms.Orn, two dedicated Radisson staff members at the rooftop are amazing. They took great care of us while we enjoyed the pool and sunbeds, from summer smoothies to club sandwiches, really the Radisson way we love. There's also a nice cocktail bar with all the drinks you'd expect, plus 4-5 tables and a lounge set to hang out. The pool is perfect and long enough to stretch out and get some exercise in. Honestly, it's bigger than we expected based on the photos, don't expect a gigantic pool, but for the size of the hotel and the rooftop, it's very well equipped. With friendly staff like mr.Sett and ms.Orn, you really feel at home away from home. We'll definitely be back.
I attended a seminar at this hotel and was quite impressed with the catering. The food and drink stations were beautifully decorated, and everything looked very well organized. Both the coffee break and lunch were delicious, and the dishes were thoughtfully arranged for convenient serving. The restaurant itself also feels very luxurious and elegant. Overall, a great experience for events and seminars.
Second time staying there and we liked it even more. Spacious rooms. Great service. Lovely rooftop pool area. Did not particularly enjoy the breakfast - many indian dishes - not our favourite and the coffee was a average. But you can find great food anywhere in bangkok. We needed a good place to rest, big enough for the family and close enough to the centre. Will definitely stay again. Tried the coffee at the nitro bar. Was much better than the breakfast coffee!
Always a great stay at this property. The suites are very spacious and quiet, it’s a fantastic price to quality ratio especially considering the square footage. With my radisson membership I usually get upgraded for free here, and my last visit the early check in was possible at 10AM which was perfect. Very friendly staff all around. Location is right off of Soi 11 in the nightlife/entertainment heart of Bangkok, so you’ll never run out of things to do here.
