The biggest disappointment was the service. The staff were not very attentive or helpful, and requests took a long time to be addressed. It didn’t feel welcoming or professionally managed. Since the hotel appears to cater largely to Indian guests, I had higher expectations for the Indian food. Unfortunately, the food quality was poor — the taste was bland and did not feel authentic or fresh. That was a major letdown. Basic amenities were also lacking. Surprisingly, the room did not even have a tissue box provided, which is a very basic standard for hotels. On top of that, the bathroom condition was unacceptable. It was riddled with cockroaches, which made the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic. Overall, due to poor service, disappointing food, lack of basic amenities, and cleanliness issues, I cannot recommend this hotel.
