This is an elegantly renovated hotel after a successful makeover of a few old buildings together. A sense of nostalgia from an old time photo on the wall felt warm and tender. Breakfast in the open area is not too accommodating due to the space restraint. However, the management have made the best effort offering a good variety of items to the guests. A nice stay in an alternatively classic hotel in Bangkok.

A great place to stay in Bangkok, with a wide variety of food and easy access to tourist sights nearby. The staff are extremely attentive and helpful. The pool and children's playroom were very clean, the rooms were absolutely gorgeous and the beds so comfortable. A truly wonderful stay for our whole family!

Our stay here was excellent. The room had a genuinely deluxe feel, the bathroom was modern and worked very well, and the location was convenient for exploring the area - only a short walk to Rajadamnern Muay Thai Stadium and a short drive to the Grand Palace and surrounding temples. I’d recommend taking a river boat on the return trip for something a little different. The check-in staff provided a very polished, luxury style experience, and the assistance with our luggage was greatly appreciated. The lunch special at the adjoining restaurant - garlic and black pepper chicken with rice and a mango smoothie - was delicious and excellent value. The bed was firm, as is common throughout Thailand. We stayed in several different hotels during this trip, and this was easily the most refined and well-presented of the lot. The only minor downside was the distance to the BTS and some public transport options, although Grab and taxis in Bangkok are inexpensive enough that it wasn’t a major issue.

A very cozy and charming hotel with a beautiful swimming pool and a lovely backyard. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and the food is great. However, the absolute highlight of our stay was the incredibly kind and sweet staff - truly 10/10 service. The hotel also hosted a movie night in the garden every evening while we were there, with bean bags set up for guests to relax and enjoy different films for both kids and adults. Such a cozy and thoughtful touch, we loved it!

We loved our stay at Pranakorn Heritage Hotel. This hotel is spot on regarding it's service/price/quality ratio. Everything is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the location in Bangkok’s old city is well suited for visiting historic sites. Although the hotel is larger than a typical boutique hotel, it consistently feels small-scale and personal in atmosphere. This is largely due to the hardworking and attentive staff, who provide friendly and reliable service. We stayed as a family with one young child and felt comfortable throughout our stay. We started our Thailand trip here and chose to return for the final days, which reflects our positive overall experience.
