Nona Hotel truly saved our trip! This was not our first hotel. We had already pre-booked another hotel, but when we arrived, they told us our booking was cancelled, even though it was still active in the Agoda app. Luckily, we found Nona Hotel on Agoda and booked it on the spot. Fortunately, there was still one room left available. When we arrived, the receptionist was very welcoming, which immediately made us feel at ease. We stayed here for 10 nights, and every day the staff greeted us with smiles. The receptionists, cleaning lady, and everyone else were kind, friendly, and very helpful. About the room, it was quite spacious and easy to move around in. The bathroom was also big, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk to Pratunam Market, making it very easy to find food and shop. It is also near the BTS station, Platinum Mall, Big C, and CentralWorld, which made getting around very convenient. We felt safe and comfortable staying here for 10 nights. We will definitely book this hotel again when we return to Bangkok. Thank you, Nona Hotel, for making our stay such a pleasant one!
I stayed at this hotel recently and experienced a serious security issue. Around 5 AM, someone knocked very hard on my door multiple times, repeatedly said “hello sir”, and then tried to open my door handle. This was not a drunk guest — the voice and behavior were very clear and intentional. I tried calling the front desk during the incident, but there was no answer. When I checked out and reported the problem, the staff assumed it was a drunk guest and did not take the matter seriously. I requested a CCTV check but never received any follow-up. The room itself was fine, but this incident made me feel unsafe. I hope the hotel improves night security and response from the front desk, especially during early morning hours
