This was my first time at Moxy, most of my friends recommended it since they stayed here before. The reception/bar/lounge area has fun young vibes, definitely more social and lively than your typical hotel lobby. Staff were very welcoming at check in, gave us some welcome drink and even helped us out with small requests like getting disposable utensils sent up in the middle of the night when our room didn’t have any. Location wise is the biggest win here. It’s directly linked to the mall downstairs with well known chains like After You, EveAndBoy and Let’s Relax Spa. It also connects to R-Walk, the bridge that takes you straight to Central World, and Big C is just to the left. In short, if you’re rushing for your trip like us this place is recommended to stay as it has almost everything you need in just a very short walking distance!

I have been to Bangkok countless times and this is my first time staying at Moxy. I would confidently say that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Bangkok, extremely convenient location (linked bridge to CentralWorld which pretty much has everything!), linked bridge to BTS, which helps when it’s too hot or rainy. During my stay, there was a row of food roadside stalls opened every morning outside of the hotel, so could be an alternative if you did not opt in breakfast. I checked in on my birthday and they decorated the room with cute balloons for me, such a sweet gesture! Sato bar upstairs has a great vibe, stunning view for sunset and night. I ordered 3 bites - spicy edamame, fried chicken wings and salt and pepper fried tofu, all were delicious I finished them all! Room is generally clean, good size for solo traveller and even 2 pax. Staff at the lobby and level 1 were all friendly, helpful and nice! The only call out was that I had to ask for the welcome drink after realising that I was not offered during check in. Small issue but I guess that would made the welcome a better experience. Overall highly recommend! :)

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Megan at Moxy Bangkok. This was my first stay at Moxy Bangkok, and Megan made an unforgettable first impression. During my check-in, she noticed that my departure flight was on 17 June while my hotel reservation was only until 16 June. Although this oversight could easily have gone unnoticed, Megan took the initiative to point it out immediately and brought it to my attention. When she sensed my concern and uncertainty, she went above and beyond by checking room availability right away and reassuring me that she would do her very best to help find a solution. Her proactive approach, professionalism, and genuine care instantly put me at ease. What impressed me most was not just her efficiency, but her warm smile, empathy, and sincere desire to help. In an industry where exceptional service can make all the difference, Megan truly exemplifies outstanding hospitality. She turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive and memorable experience. Because of Megan’s exceptional customer service, my first experience at Moxy Bangkok has been nothing short of excellent. She is a true asset to the hotel and a wonderful ambassador for the Moxy brand. Please extend my heartfelt thanks and recognition to Megan. Employees like her create lasting impressions and inspire customer loyalty. I will certainly recommend Moxy Bangkok to my friends and family whenever they visit Bangkok, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

From the moment we arrived, the holiday had already begun. What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. The team made us feel incredibly welcome, as though we were returning home rather than checking into a hotel. The entire experience was vibrant, fun and full of energy…perfectly reflecting the spirit of Bangkok itself. A special shout out to Kyla, Nat and Elena for their exceptional hospitality. Their warm smiles, genuine care and thoughtful assistance made all the difference. We were especially grateful for the early check-in, which allowed us to settle in and start enjoying our vacation right away. The atmosphere here is creative, playful and full of character. Every interaction felt personal and effortless, making us feel valued as guests. In fact, the holiday started the moment we stepped into the hotel lobby…long before we even stepped out to explore the city. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable stay. Happy with my return stay! I would like to commend the hotel team for their excellent service throughout our stay. Although we experienced two days of disturbed sleep due to continuous door slamming from a service door diagonally across our room starting around 8:30AM, the counter staff handled the situation very professionally and kindly. When we requested a room change, they were extremely helpful and efficient. After we packed our luggage, they assisted us with the room transfer, making the process smooth and stress-free. We also truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture of receiving a handwritten card and letter to apologize for the noise inconvenience. That personal touch meant a lot and showed genuine care for guests’ comfort. Overall, the service from all the staff was very good — everyone was friendly, approachable, and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the rooftop bar, which has a very chill and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. The only area for improvement would be the pillows. A single pillow was too flat, but stacking two made it too high, which made it slightly uncomfortable for sleeping. Improving the pillow options would make the stay even better. Despite the minor issue, we had a pleasant experience and appreciate the team’s effort in ensuring our comfort.
