The property in itself is very beautiful, well maintained, employees greet you & smile(it’s clear they love their job), “breakfast buffet is outstanding !.” Home made yogurt, fresh fruit, beautiful carved fruit, compotes, fried bananas, the list goes on and on. I would return to the property just for their breakfast!! Loved the property, in every way. It’s quiet, and relaxing considering it’s tucked away from the party area at night. The property is very strategic, to get to places in Bangkok & that’s why I chose this location. You can either take a taxi, bus or train from here. Art the manager helped us book a taxi to the airport early in the am as we were leaving to do some last minute shopping before our flight. He was very helpful, & professional. The staff throughout the property were exceptional, as well providing answers to many local questions regarding their city.
We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The staff service was wonderful—they even checked in on us to make sure everything was okay after we requested no room make-up for two days. A huge thank you to Htoo and the rest of the housekeeping team for keeping our room spotless during our long stay! Location-wise, being situated between the Phloen Chit and Nana BTS stations gave us great flexibility, with both stations just a 10-minute walk away. Having a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel was another major plus. The only minor downside is that there are pubs on the ground floor, which makes it a little noisy at night. It didn’t bother us, but it's something to keep in mind. Overall, a fantastic stay!
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The customer service was excellent from check-in to check-out. All of the staff were warm, friendly, and very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The amenities were great and well-maintained, which made our experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention to Beckham, who went above and beyond to assist us. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. His exceptional service truly made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
Fantastic stay in a prime location! I had a wonderful experience staying at Maison Hotel Bangkok. The location is absolutely perfect—tucked away just enough to be peaceful, but only a short walk from the buzzing nightlife, restaurants, and shopping around Sukhumvit Soi 4. The rooms are modern, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. What really stands out, though, is the hospitality; the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and helped with local recommendations. The amenities are excellent, and the overall vibe is very chic. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!
I had the most amazing stay here. The staff was friendly, helpful and super accommodating. The room itself was absolute luxury. I was really surprised in the best way. I will definitely keep staying here going forward. Everything was efficient and comfortable. Art at the concierge helped with carrying my bags, weighing them when I was returning home and even calling me a taxi for the airport. The stay and taxi service was at super affordable prices, especially for a South African looking for best value for their rand. Definitely recommend staying here.
