First Tiger thank you very much for all your service 🙏 thanks also for the early check in. The room was nice with a good bed. Now to the stuff what need attention. Air con can not adjust because is broken so the cold wind blow directly to the bed what is not nice. The shower door need some oil so it doesn't make this loud nioce when you open the shower door. The toilet need more room refresher because the smell from the drain is very bad. If its possible would be better if the aircon machine blow the hot air outside from the balcony and not on the balcony because smoking is only possible when aircon is off
The bathroom has an overwhelming smell of sewer gas. Stronger smell than I have experienced traveling overseas in many travels. Tiger the receptionist is wonderful and friendly and kind. Give him and the staff 6 stars. Good location. Not near the BTS or MRT. Quiet down an alley. I had a canal view room. The canal smells strongly of sewer too. It’s Bangkok. The restaurant is chill to sit and eat a little meal and watch the monitor lizards in the canal. My bed shook every time someone operated the elevator
What a beautiful area to stay in Bangkok Old Town! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. It's close to Khaosan Road and surrounded by beautiful temples and local attractions. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The reception team gave us great recommendations for places to visit and made exploring the area so easy. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
This is our "home" in Bangkok as we visit the city so often. You simply cannot ask for better service from their hospitable and attentive staff. Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The location on the canal is serene and beautiful; easy to access all the fun and sites of Bangkok but still a true oasis. It is an incredible value for the money. We keep coming back for good reasons!
We decided to stay here during Songkran, and we didn’t regret it. The staff was friendly and welcoming, although the menu didn’t offer much food besides breakfast options. However, that’s okay because the ambiance is so peaceful and relaxing that we almost fell asleep. They even allowed guests to smoke in the cafe. And the internet connection is fast!!
