Reviews
I really enjoyed my stay here. The service was fantastic the whole time. Everyone at reception was chill and helpful. They had a laundry service which was reasonably priced for the convenience (was ready in just a few hours!) I had a deluxe room and the set up was cozy. The bed was comfortable and I love that they had 2 free bottles of water AND a free water station along with a kettle in the hallway. I thought that was a brilliant idea to have access to water whenever you needed without having to go down and ask for more water. Also - the cafe/brunch spot downstairs is fantastic. Friendly service and a good place to relax as you plan your day.
Location is great but the rooms were a little too budget friendly for me. No safe in room, toilet and shower in single enclosure. Probably great for younger travellers, I prefer something just a little more upscale.
Aesthetic, well-positioned in Ari, and easy to like at first glance. Service is basic, rooms are no-frills, and the mattress is on the harder side. But the real highlight is the pool and its social energy — it feels more like a lifestyle hub than a typical hotel. Great location, surrounded by good spots (and yes, conveniently near a dispensary). Overall, this is less about comfort and more about vibe — a solid basecamp if you plan to spend most of your time outside. Will be coming back for sure!
Nice aesthetic, but the stay itself was disappointing. The room was very dimly lit, and although the bathroom and toilet were separated, both were tiny. The toilet was especially cramped. The air conditioning also started dripping in the middle of the night, which meant waking up to turn it off. The remote warns not to set it below 20°C, but mine was at 21°C, so this seemed more like a maintenance issue. What left the worst impression was how the checkout was handled. The room apparently wasn’t properly inspected before I left, but I was later called and asked to return to pay a cleaning fee. I agreed to do a bank transfer instead, but then got chased again while I was still trying to sort it out. The whole situation felt poorly managed and unnecessarily pushy. Nice design, but not enough to make up for the room issues and how this was handled.
room: meh. it has everything you need but in an extremely compact way. huge surprise that kettle and drinking water is shared by the entire floor? you have to boil water + top up along the corridor and checkin staff did not mention this lol. had to find out myself in the morning. the floor itself is sorta dimly lit, like it’s trying to give grand budapest hotel but it’s not working. toilet fan is extremely loud and the rooms are also pretty dim. can’t really complain given the location + price but for the ‘hype’ and how swanky it looks downstairs, the room was sort of all style no substance. service: besides the minor lapse in information, very pleasant and accommodating ! location: it’s Ari, so it’s good. easy to walk (sorta) and get a grab/moto to the main road. vibe: i’ve seen reviews that says this hotel has a party vibe - can confirm lol. it’s good if that’s what you’re looking for! if not…. maybe stay elsewhere.
