Booked a connecting room, but found out that room size was different. The shower area was odd shaped, and water from the shower head would flood the entrance floor even with closed glass door. The area for putting luggage bag was much smaller in the connected room. No proper check when doing up the room daily. The gel tube near the sink was empty with missing head when we checked in. Never replenish tea/coffee bags once consumed. We stayed four nights. Used cups also not washed. I definitely will not come back second time. The only good point is the short distance getting to MBK. 👎👎👎👎
I had a comfortable stay at ibis Bangkok Siam and would be happy to return. What stood out most for me was the staff — everyone I dealt with was polite, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. The whole experience felt smooth from arrival to departure, which made the stay easy and stress-free. A solid choice if you want a reliable hotel in Bangkok.
I stayed at this hotel for 5 days, and I honestly have nothing to complain about. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay and always made me feel welcome. Having a 24-hour 7-Eleven right next to the lobby was such a huge convenience whenever we needed anything. The hotel is also within walking distance of MBK Center, which made getting around so easy. Everyone on the team was friendly, but I'd especially like to thank Jake, the bellman, who kindly helped us carry our very heavy luggages in the middle of the night. We truly appreciated his kindness and willingness to help. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Bangkok!
I really loved my stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever needed, which made the overall experience even better. The location was also perfect and very convenient for getting around. The rooms, atmosphere, and service overall were great, and I genuinely enjoyed staying here. The only reason I’m taking off one point is because I personally did not enjoy the breakfast during my stay. I would only suggest some improvement in the food quality and preparation, as a few items felt undercooked or not very appetising. Other than that, everything else was wonderful.
I absolutely adore this hotel. Wherever I travel, the service is consistently exceptional. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire reception team for making my stay so comfortable. A special thank you goes out to all the cleaning staff who found my AirPods, which I had forgotten in the hotel when I traveled to Pattaya. The bellman’s joke and insightful recommendations for activities were a huge plus. I also want to thank everyone for their kindness and assistance. Honestly, I have a great fondness for the Thai people and the country. What a wonderful holiday!
