Nice hotel with friendly staffs. The rooms are also spacious and worth the value. My kids loved the family room. The breakfast was good with plenty of food selection. The hotel restaurants staffs were always available to serve us.
Helo, im from Indonesia. Comfort from sleep, but the room is not soundproof, so it is a bit noisy if you bring a baby. The breakfast was delicious
Alright for its price point. Not too convenient with luggage. Walk to mrt is about 8-10mins. There's a massage place nearby called lemongrass which is good. Hotel is alright for the amenities and has a upscale hair salon within it. There's also an in-house Starbucks which gives guests a 20% discount.
I stayed at Graph Hotel with my family, and we each had our own rooms (I shared mine with my sister). Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The recent renovation gives the hotel a modern, welcoming feel that’s attractive for travelers. The rooms were comfortable and spacious enough for two to three people, and the beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the facilities we used during our stay. The service team did their best to ensure everything was handled professionally, and their effort to maintain good service standards was noticeable. That said, there are still some areas of the hotel that appear slightly worn or repatched, though it’s clear the management is trying to maintain the property well. My only main feedback is the breakfast variety. While the quality was decent, especially the porridge, bread section, drinks, and some local options -- the buffet lacked rotation. Fruits and side dishes (mainly ham and sausages) were quite repetitive each day. Adding more variation and incorporating more local Thai breakfast dishes would greatly enhance the experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and with a bit more breakfast variety and continued upkeep, the experience would be even better.
