I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The 24-hour front desk was very convenient, especially for my late-night check-in. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the hotel always smelled fresh and pleasant. A special thanks to Lilly, who was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. She patiently answered my questions and made sure everything went smoothly. Her excellent service made me feel truly welcome. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
Lovely clean rooms, bed and pillows very comfortable. Great location, central to wherever you want to go. Only let down was pool not available but understandable as being renovated so that only reason for 4 stars. Checkout very fast and easy with Lilly, and Kamih organised transport to our next leg of holiday
We only stayed for one night, but we had a very pleasant experience. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Sprite at the front desk and Kamin from the luggage team, who were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, and we appreciated the overall attention to cleanliness. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, which was quiet and relaxing. The only minor downside was that the shower water temperature was a bit difficult to regulate. Aside from that, everything was excellent, and we would happily stay here again. Thank you to the team for a great stay!
Overall, I would rate my stay a 3.5/5. There were many things I loved, but also a few downsides that affected our experience. On the positive side, the hotel is very clean and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. The location is great and close to the BTS station. Although it is tucked a little deep into the alley, it wasn't a problem because there is an amazing coffee shop (not from Hotel) and a very affordable massage shop (not from hotel) nearby, which we loved! However, there were a few issues. We stayed on the 8th floor (the highest floor), and unfortunately, there was renovation work going on at the rooftop pool. It was very noisy early in the morning. Also, the pool itself was a bit disappointing as the view was not good at all. The worst part of our stay was definitely the hot water system in the shower. The water kept changing between freezing cold and scalding hot, with no middle ground. This was very frustrating and is something the hotel really needs to fix. I might consider staying here again, but if there is another hotel nearby with a similar price, I would probably choose that one instead.
I had a very pleasant stayed at Citrus Sukhumvit 13 Hotel Bangkok last November. The room felt newly built, very clean, and well maintained. Although the room was small, but it was very comfortable and had everything needed for a convenient stay. One of the best things about this hotel is the location. It is very strategic, with easy access to the BTS, making it convenient to travel around Bangkok. The area is also surrounded by many restaurants, cafes, and Thai spas, so there are always plenty of options nearby to relax, eat, and enjoy the city. Overall, it’s a great choice for travelers looking for a clean, comfortable hotel in a lively and convenient area of Bangkok.
