Great for solo travellers! Room was comfy, clean, and very convenient. A well-stocked 7/11 located just beside, and less than 5mins from ARL Ratchaprarop. Will definitely come back!
Everything is perfect. Location is just 10 mins walk to main markets. Staff are very friendly and nice Room are cozy and cute. House keeping staff are always available when you are in need of help. I am booking this hotel for all my trips to Bangkok.
I love this hotel! We got a standard doublebed room. The room is small and cozy, good sounproof, there are constructions out there but i hardly hear them. They also have a small pantry with free coffee, snacks, and toasts with jam and butter. There is 7-11 right beside the hotel. And it is about 10 minutes walk away from the great Pratunam Night Market! The hotel is also just across the road from the airport railway link Ratchaprarop station. The only improvement is there can be more hooks in the toilet. And currently there is a major construction right outside the hotel, making ride hailing services reluctant to come over, or they get confused how to get to the pickup point. Overall a great place! Will definitely book this accom again in the future.
The hotel is closed to the airport which is great. There are free snacks, water. The bed is confortable. However, the room is smaller than on the pictures, there is light coming from the bedroom window (and no curtains) and the bathroom needs some rénovation.
The hotel is small and affordable, overall the room and facilities were acceptable for the price and given a well complimentary of snacks and can of coke. However, the service experience was disappointing. On our check-out day, my partner had sprained her leg and could barely walk. I requested a short extension so she could rest while I searched for a nearby hospital, but the female staff firmly declined without much empathy. While I understand hotel policies, a bit of flexibility or understanding in a medical situation would have made a big difference. Additionally, during check-out we were asked about room slippers that were missing, even though none were provided and we were using our own. The stay itself was okay, but the lack of understanding and service attitude left a negative impression.
