I decided to try this hotel brand for the first time for my business meeting in Bangkok because of its reputation for having high standards — and in many ways, that’s true. Overall, the stay was comfortable and convenient, and most things were fine. Breakfast was also great. However, there was one incident that seriously affected my experience. At almost 10 PM, after I had already fallen asleep, a staff member from the restaurant rang my room bell. I woke up in shock, only to be asked whether I had ordered food. Confused, I replied that I had not. Later, I found out that another guest had mistakenly provided my room number. Afterward, I received a sincere apology, along with a clear explanation and corrective actions from the management team. Because of their professional response, I decided to give the hotel another chance and stayed here again. This time, I received the level of service I originally expected from the hotel. The experience was smooth, comfortable, and in line with the standards that a hotel of this category should deliver. I appreciate the management's willingness to address the issue seriously and make improvements based on guest feedback. 👍
Great location with two BTS stations nearby, and the staff were super friendly. The room also had a bidet in the bathroom. The street gets very busy and congested during certain hours since it’s near a school. There was also a bad smell, possibly sewage, in the reception area that was sometimes overwhelming. The bed wasn’t comfortable, and the bathroom layout was inconvenient. There was very loud music on our first night, although it improved afterward. Overall, great value for the money, but not without flaws.
The rooms are comfortable, clean and very neat. The staff is always very accommodating and polite. They helped with anything we needed. The restaurant has amazing food at a good price and no charge for room service. The location is perfect, at walkable distance from the BTS Station. The price for all that is fair. I surely recommend!
This was our second time staying at Best Western Click Sathorn 11, so we had a good basis for comparison. Location The hotel is in a convenient area surrounded by banks, shops, cafés, and convenience stores. The neighborhood feels safe — I was comfortable walking alone to the nearby 7-Eleven very early in the morning and late at night. It’s also walkable to Saint Louis BTS Station, which is great for those who prefer taking the train. However, the nearby intersections can get quite busy. Since my mother and I prefer using Grab/Bolt, waiting times can sometimes be longer because of traffic. That said, the abundance of nearby establishments outweighs this inconvenience. Rooms & Comfort The rooms we booked were honestly good. The views weren’t spectacular, but since we were out most of the day, this didn’t really matter to us. The beds were big and comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly — consistently cool, which is a big plus in Bangkok. The bathroom and toilet were clean overall, but there were a few days when we were given noticeably old, tattered towels. It’s a small detail, but one that affects the overall impression of quality. Service The bell staff were consistently helpful, polite, and always greeted us with a smile. They truly added warmth to our stay. Even though our bags were very heavy, they never hesitated to help. Unfortunately, our experience with lost-and-found was disappointing. My mother accidentally left her Apple Watch in the room during our previous stay. We immediately emailed the hotel when we realized, but never received a response. When we returned five months later and inquired again, the receptionists outright denied that anything had been found. The lack of follow-up and communication was discouraging. Overall Best Western Click Sathorn 11 offers good comfort, a safe and convenient location, and friendly bell staff. However, improvements in responsiveness and consistency — especially regarding guest concerns and basic amenities like towels — would significantly elevate the experience. Would we stay again? Possibly, for the comfort and location — but with more caution regarding personal belongings.
I had an incredible stay here, largely thanks to the warm and welcoming staff. It was my first time in Bangkok, and the front desk team made me feel comfortable from day one. Each morning I would ask for advice about my itinerary, and they were always happy to help with thoughtful suggestions—I never once felt like I was inconveniencing them. Tiger and Bee, in particular, went out of their way to be kind and even helped me learn a bit of Thai. Pat, Kaw, and Milk, along with the rest of the team, were consistently friendly faces who truly enhanced my stay.
