The room at Bangkok City Suite Hotel felt quite different from what I expected based on the photos. A lot of the place seemed old and worn, and I noticed the floor was dirty enough to leave my feet black. The bathroom also had a bad smell after a while, which made the stay less comfortable overall.

Although it is an older property that is being continuously updated, it remains a comfortable choice, which is why I keep staying here whenever I come. There are a few small aspects regarding service that could be improved. Due to differences in service awareness, staff may occasionally make early‑morning calls, which can be a little disruptive for guests with sleep issues like me. Staff members are often occupied with heavy workloads, so they might speak a bit quickly at times, making guests feel less warmly received. It would be lovely if they could be a little more gentle and patient with customers. Overall, I have had a pleasant long‑term stay experience here.
I stayed here 3 days . Everything is good ! Room cleans but less outlet , a little far pratunam night market ! The most one thing I like here they always have cool water and coffee at the reception for everyone whole day !
