This hotel is truly on another level. Upgrading to a Tower Room is absolutely worth the extra cost. The rooms are spacious, the views are spectacular, and the amenities are first class. The Tower benefits made our stay exceptional value for money. Daily breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and complimentary free-flowing alcoholic beverages from 6am to 6pm meant we were always well looked after. What really set this hotel apart, however, was the outstanding service. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and consistently exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Pim, Jaew, and Sai in the Tower Lounge, who went above and beyond to ensure our glasses were always full and we had a delicious selection of bites to enjoy. They made our stay even more memorable.
I had a genuinely outstanding experience staying at the Tower Club Lounge at Lebua State Tower. I stayed for a full week, and one of the most impressive aspects was the all-inclusive, five-star dining experience. The lounge offers an extensive buffet and dining service that runs for roughly 12 hours each day, which is incredibly convenient. You truly don’t need to step out to purchase food if you don’t want to—everything from full-course meals to high-quality snacks is available right at your fingertips throughout the day. The timing of the service is also thoughtfully designed, making it easy to fit into any schedule. Whether you’re an early riser or prefer a later start, the hours are accommodating and make the entire experience feel effortless and luxurious. Beyond the dining, the atmosphere, service, and attention to detail were all top-tier. The staff were consistently professional and attentive, and everything felt seamless from start to finish. A special thank you to Jaew and her team—Sai, Manny, and Pimmy—for their exceptional hospitality. Their warmth, attentiveness, and consistency truly elevated the experience and made my stay feel both personal and memorable. Returning to Lebua after three years was special for my family, particularly because the hotel honoured a promise made during our previous stay. While our stay was unfortunately affected by certain operational issues, I firmly believe that exceptional people deserve to be recognised independently of those circumstances. The Tower Club team was nothing short of outstanding. Jaew led her team with warmth, professionalism and genuine care, making us feel welcomed each time we visited. Sai, Manny, Pimmy and Pen consistently anticipated our needs with smiles that never appeared rehearsed but sincerely heartfelt. Their attentiveness, courtesy and ability to remember the smallest details transformed what could simply have been excellent service into memorable hospitality. A special mention must also go to Chef Jack, whose passion and kindness were evident in every interaction. His willingness to engage with guests and ensure every meal was enjoyable added a personal touch that my family greatly appreciated. Hospitality is often measured by buildings, facilities and amenities. In my experience, however, it is ultimately defined by people. This team embodies the very essence of gracious Thai hospitality and deserves every recognition for the pride with which they represent lebua. Thank you, Jaew, Sai, Manny, Pimmy, Pen and Chef Jack, and the housekeeping, the staff at Mozu and staff that remains unmentioned, for making our family feel genuinely cared for.
