The hotel was incredible located right in a very modern and stylish neighborhood we’re pretty much everything is walkable. The hotel itself is unique and beautiful by design which makes it an icon being part of design hotels. The service was incredible in the three days we stayed here. Everyone was very attentive and made our stay special here. Especially pointing out Teenn & Timtim at breakfast who served us all mornings and made the breakfast extra special. Definitely coming back
Really enjoyed my stay at Public House. If you’re a SoHo House member, it’s a quick 10 mins walk. Food and service was good at the hotel. Cocktails were great! Breakfast was included in my room rate and it was delicious as well. Special shout out to Tsai, NC, and Giw for their wonderful service! Would def return when I’m in BKK.
Had a lovely stay here in May 2026. Beautiful and spacious suite which felt like a home away from home. Service was great too. The ricotta pancakes I had for breakfast were truly excellent! Only downside was the gym, which can not really be called a gym. One detail on service as an improvement: upon checkout I was asked to wait so that they can check the room before releasing. While i understand why they are doing it, and it did not took more than a few minutes, I really dislike it as it feels like they don’t trust their customers. And as almost no other hotel does it, it feels unnecessary.
Stayed here 3 times now and absolutely love it🫶 What really stands out is the hospitality. For my most recent booking I made a reservation super last minute due to a bad airbnb experience elsewhere. I arrived half an hour after booking and not only was the room ready for me way before check in time but I also got a free upgrade to a room with a view I loved last time. After a night of stress and no sleep I genuinely can’t express how much of a difference that level of hospitality made! My first 2 stays were also excellent. The rooms are super spacious, clean, and cozy. Great hospitality from the staff as mentioned. I also want to highly praise the cleaning staff - they are so friendly and thorough and really pay so much attention to detail. My last stay they noticed I was drinking a lot of water 😂 so they made sure to always add an extra bottle which I really appreciated! I also love their ‘Belong to the city’ idea where they bring a thai dessert and tea to your room daily, based on different bangkok areas. Comes with a card with lots of info on the history of the area and also the ingredients/ origin of the snack. Such a thoughtful idea and I’ve learned lots! Location is also the best. Walking distance to so many different cafes, shopping malls, BTS etc. Highly recommend 💖🫶
The stay was okay, but there are service issues. This is not a 5 star hotel. The gym and pool are underwhelming. I was upgraded to another floor but the room was twin beds, when I booked a king bed. It took about 20 minutes of back and forth to get on the same page about what I was asking for. The rooms on one side are very loud and on the other have a terrible view. Staff doesn’t speak great English which made things difficult at times. I booked via capital one travel which had free breakfast for 2 every morning. I got room service breakfast (the same menu that would be if I got breakfast in the lobby) and was told after checkout that my free breakfast doesn’t apply to room service. The location is not great either, as it takes about an hour each way to get to any sightseeing in Bangkok. They sent me the check in email after check out with neighborhood discounts, lol. For the above and other reasons, I would not stay here again. The only super positive thing I can say is that I did like the bed. The sheets were soft, big pillows great, and the bed itself comfortable. EDITED TO ADD: The manager emailed me and fixed the breakfast credit problem as a “courtesy”, so at least the customer service is decent.
