I recommend looking at other hotels in the area for more value for money options. Looking at the low reviews about cleanliness about the room, I agree more can be done to clean up the room. Overall my experience is OK but not great, staff is friendly. The hotel is in an alley whereby it's not on the main road, hard for taxi or car to go to the entrance. There is no view, the window leads to another part of the building which people might be able to go in your room. Pros - many massage places in walking distance, as well as 7/11 and near the Pratunam night market. This is also 12 mins walk to the airport express station.

There are plenty of food options nearby, and it is within walking distance of popular shopping destinations such as Pratunam Market, Platinum Fashion Mall, and December's—perfect for anyone looking to shop for affordable clothes. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. One of the things I appreciated most was the shower, which had strong water pressure and reliable hot water. Since Bangkok's weather can be very hot, it was great that the hotel also provided a hair dryer, making it easy to wash and dry my hair every day. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent location, cleanliness, and good service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The online support before our arrival was excellent — Ms. Sopheap was very responsive and helpful via email, which made us feel reassured and well-prepared for the trip. The hotel is also very family-friendly, especially for those traveling with children. The staff were kind and accommodating, creating a safe and welcoming environment throughout our stay. Overall, it was a safe, enjoyable, and relaxing holiday. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would happily stay here again.
We had a fantastic 5-night stay here! Everything perfectly suited our needs. The front desk staff were wonderful—always greeting every guest with a warm smile and making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. While the hotel doesn't have a formal breakfast restaurant, it wasn't an issue at all. They offer a convenient in-room breakfast service, and the hotel's proximity to Pratunam Market means there are endless local food options just steps away. The rooms are a bit compact, but they are exceptionally clean and well-maintained—the fresh bed sheets were much appreciated! Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Bangkok!
