This place is an absolute gem for anyone craving authentic Burmese cuisine. Honestly, the food is so spot-on that I don’t even feel the need to fly to Myanmar anymore! Everything here is the real deal. The atmosphere totally gives off those 19th Street vibes lively, welcoming, and full of character. To top it all off, the live Burmese music is a blast and really completes the experience. It’s a one stop shop for great food and a great time. Highly recommended!
The service is really good—I’ll definitely come back again and again. The singers at the shop also have great voices. The only small issue was that the fried morning glory had a bit too much sauce in it. Other than that, everything was perfect
Truly a good local experience on the pricey side but you can stay there for a long time and listen to musicians around 9pm it’s fully booked sometimes
I love the pork stick here so much. It’s been like 18/20 years since I last had these so it was very nostalgic . The vermicelli is really good and the dipping sauce is really tasty ( taste just like then ones in Chinatown in down town Yangon) The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly and attentive. 10/10 would recommend. They have other foods there but was so full so we couldn’t try , but will definitely come back.
