The Sukhothai Bangkok hotel exceeded every expectation we had.We stayed for three nights in a beautiful room overlooking what has to be one of the most immaculate gardens and lawns we’ve ever seen. The staff were exceptional. Every member of the team greeted us with a warm smile each time we walked past, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, offering a fantastic selection each morning, and our room was spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained. The location was also perfect\. Everything we wanted to see and do was only a 10–15 minute scooter ride away, making it incredibly convenient to explore Bangkok. We have stayed in many hotels over the years, and The Sukhothai Bangkok is truly one of the best. The attention to detail, outstanding service, and beautiful surroundings made our stay unforgettable. Thank you to everyone at The Sukhothai Bangkok for making our trip so special. We can’t wait to return. Thanks from (sunshine) room.
I stayed at The Sukhothai Bangkok from 4–5 August, and it was an exceptional experience from the moment I arrived until check-out. Every interaction felt warm, genuine, and professional. A heartfelt thank you to Trippy, Benz, Breeze, and Panpim from the Front Office for making every step effortless with their warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. They made me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. I would also like to thank Khun Keng from the Security team for always assisting with parking so efficiently. Every arrival and departure was smooth, convenient, and stress-free thanks to his excellent service. Breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. A special thank you to Chef JoJo for the wonderful breakfast and for making every morning feel special. The quality, presentation, and attention to detail were outstanding. I was also fortunate to experience the hotel's charity market during my stay. It was wonderful to see the hotel supporting such a meaningful cause while creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere. I enjoyed walking around and ended up taking home several lovely items. Thank you to everyone at The Sukhothai Bangkok for making my stay so memorable. I truly look forward to returning again soon.
I have visited Bangkok many times, but this was my first stay at The Sukhothai Bangkok, and I was truly impressed. From the moment we arrived, so many staff members made us feel genuinely welcome. The team at the entrance, the bell staff who helped with our luggage, the wellness core exercise instructor, the spa staff, and everyone involved in the wellness activities were all incredibly kind and professional. Although I don’t know everyone’s names, I want to thank all of them for making our stay so special. Their warm hospitality and attentive service made this a truly memorable experience. I would definitely stay at The Sukhothai Bangkok again on my next visit to Bangkok and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional hotel experience
I would like to compliment the Front Office staff who handled the check-in and check-out for my Room No. 331 during 18–20 May 2026. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for her name but I was very impressed by her service-mindedness, attentiveness, and warm welcome. (She had just resigned from Lebua.) She also demonstrated a professional personality that is very well-suited for Front Office work. Even though she had only recently started working there. Her performance was truly impressive. I hope the hotel continues to retain employees like her. In addition, the breakfast at the restaurant offered a good variety of food, was clean, and tasted great. The restaurant staff were also very friendly, greeting guests warmly and providing helpful information. The overall hotel surroundings, including the guest room, were very clean as well. Should I have the opportunity to visit Bangkok again, I would definitely return to stay here. Lastly, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking exceptional 5-star service and a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok.
Stayed at The Sukhothai Bangkok and it was honestly an exceptional experience from start to finish. As a GHA Platinum member, I was fortunate to be upgraded to a Deluxe Suite with full club lounge access — a fantastic perk that really elevated the stay. The hotel itself feels like a true sanctuary in the heart of Bangkok, surrounded by lush greenery and a sense of calm that’s rare in such a busy city. The suite was beautiful and incredibly spacious, with a very generous bathroom that made it feel even more luxurious. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to suit all tastes. The club lounge access was also a highlight, with great benefits and a relaxing atmosphere throughout the day. The pool area is stunning — perfect for unwinding — and the staff were consistently warm, friendly, and attentive. Location-wise, it’s very convenient, with easy walking access to both Sala Daeng BTS and Lumphini MRT stations. The only minor downside was the Bangkok heat in early April (which can be quite intense!), but that’s hardly the hotel’s fault. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a peaceful, elegant retreat with beautiful greenery right in the city.
