This has been a great experience at this hotel. I had an issue with my first room because I wanted to take a bath, but the bathtub in that room was not suitable for my needs. The lovely gentleman at reception, Sam, kindly changed my room, and the next one was perfect, with a beautiful large bathtub and grab bars to help me get in and out safely. He also allowed me a late check-out at 2 pm, which I really appreciate as I am dealing with severe jet lag after traveling from Europe. I was very grateful for his help, and because the new room is so comfortable, I extended my stay by two more nights. Thank you, Sam! I would also like to mention that the location is great, with the BTS and MBK Center nearby and several 7-Eleven stores within walking distance.
Absolute 10/10. From going to the pool to enjoying dinner in the rooftop bar or the restaurant on the ground floor. This hotel offers you everything in a single building. The Marshall speaker in my room was a very good touch and the overall design was top notch.
Great venue with excellent catering! The meeting rooms were spotless, and both the lighting and sound systems were perfectly set up. The food and snacks were absolutely delicious. I loved the stylish, chic decor, though the layout can feel a bit like a maze in certain areas. You might get a little lost if you’re walking around alone, but luckily, there are plenty of helpful staff around to guide you.
I stayed here throughout my holiday and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms were comfortable, the soundproof windows ensured a peaceful stay, and the high ceilings made the space feel even more luxurious. The location is fantastic too! Just a short walk from the BTS, major shopping malls and food hotspots like Banthat Thong Road. With countless great eateries and late-night supper options nearby, it’s the perfect base for exploring Bangkok. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
WOW! I wish we had found this place sooner. We used to stay at a big-name hotel nearby. Not any more. The room, the lighting, the design, the service. Amazing. A lot of thought has gone into the design aspect, lots of nice touches to be found everywhere in the hotel. It has a general dark-but-warm feel. Cosy, but not cramped, in fact the rooms are very spacious. Plus, it's a great location with superb views. We love it and will 100% be coming back.
