The room is simple, but everything worked perfectly—the air conditioner, bathroom, and bed were all clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for luxury, this may not be it, but for this price, I was genuinely satisfied. What impressed me the most was how thoughtful the hotel is. They provide free bananas, complimentary bread, and unlimited drinking water refills, which made the stay even more convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient. One night, my friend went to refill a water bottle around midnight, and a staff member immediately turned on the lights to make it easier. I also ordered items from TikTok Shop during my stay, and the receptionist received the package without any issues and handled it very smoothly. The hospitality here made a big difference. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again if I visit the area in the future.
This is a great place to stay, especially if you’re looking for a convenient location near almost everything. Every morning, they provide complimentary water bottles, which is a nice touch. The room beds are comfortable and well equipped with all the necessary amenities
The room is very clean and the staff is very good i like the location it's very near with the restaurants shopping center and massage i plan to come back and stay again in this hotel 👍❤️🩹😍❤️
The place is so strategic. In detail, it offers clean rooms, nice services, and free water refill. I thought it would be so noisy but turns out it is still quiet and peaceful in the middle of the crowded pratunam. One suggestion, probably the staff can be trained to speak English so that we can easily communicate
