The Passa Hotel is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. It is quiet and relaxing, and super close to the main strip where all of the action is happening. The staff are super accommodating, friendly, and there when you need them. The food is delicious, the coffee is great too! They even made me custom bday cake and decorated the hotel room. It was a truly awesome experience. One thing to note, and blame the local weather not them, is that you have to use the dehumidifier they provide (and dump the water when full). Thailand is super humid, so everything sweats out there, even the walls.
I cannot express how fantastic the staff are here. I had a booking issue that Pau at the front desk resolved quickly for me. He was so friendly, patient and kind. The service was 5 star all around. It’s got such a cozy boutique vibe. The location of this hotel is amazing, really close to Silom Central complex, a train station and lots of great restaurants. There’s a 7/11 really close by too. Lovely rooftop pool and small gym. I went with the deluxe room which had a beautiful big bath and came with lovely lavender bath salts. Rooms were incredibly clean, rooms had dehumidifiers which were great to help swimwear dry quickly. I didn’t have breakfast but other travelers mentioned it was great. There’s a really good coffee shop downstairs and had some of the best coffee in Bangkok (coming from Melbourne, this is a big plus for me!)
I stayed at Passa Hotel Bangkok for the first time in early June 2026, and booked a Deluxe Room for three nights. I had such a great time that I ended up wishing I'd stayed longer at Passa: the Deluxe Room was spacious, well-lit, and well-designed, particularly the bathroom, which was enormous and had lots of counter space to store my toiletries (which is always appreciated). Housekeeping kept our room spotless everyday, and I appreciated that they provided multiple bathmats in the bathroom as well as a generous amount of drinking water. The location of the hotel is also a huge selling point as it sits down a quiet alley so there's very little road noise, but it's also within walking distance to a BTS and MRT station, while being sandwiched between some fantastic restaurants, cafés, and bars (such as Vesper). If it's raining and/or you don't fancy walking, you can take Passa's complimentary shuttle to various public transport connection points close by. I noticed some previous Google Reviews of Passa Hotel complained about the size of their breakfast buffet, and it's true that the selection is quite small: some sliced fruit, several breads and pastries, two types of cereal, a bit of yoghurt, Dilmah tea, and a Jura coffee machine. But at the same time, there's a decent variety of Western and Thai cooked dishes, and they had khao tom or rice soup - my favourite! If you expect a massive variety of dishes for breakfast, then of course you're going to be disappointed, but I liked that Passa kept their buffet small, which helps reduce food wastage. The only other things to note are that there is only one elevator servicing the entire hotel, and while we were staying at Passa, it wasn't accessible for several hours because it was undergoing maintenance - so if you have any mobility issues, bear that in mind. However, there is also a wide staircase that is easy to walk up (but I noticed there isn't a railing to hold onto). We also had issues with our WiFi: firstly, we had to keep logging into the WiFi system (which got quite annoying), and then after being informed that the WiFi would be unavailable for two hours while it was being upgraded, we weren't able to use the WiFi network at all during the final day of our stay, which was disappointing. Nevertheless, I would definitely consider staying at Passa Hotel again - I love the fact that it's an independent boutique hotel and the location is in such an interesting, attractive area in Silom. Also, a huge thank you to Khun Kate and Khun Kiki, who were always friendly, incredibly courteous, and eager to assist us.
This hotel is conveniently located behind Silom and Sala Daeng stations, tucked away in a quiet alley which makes the stay peaceful and relaxing. I really liked the unique room designs, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. One thing for the hotel to consider is the air conditioning placement, as it blows directly toward the bed and can feel uncomfortable at times. Also, my package included a Songkran pulse kit, but it was not provided during check-in. The signature welcome mocktail mentioned was also not given. Not a big deal for me, but I would have expected the hotel to remember these inclusions as part of the well-known Thai hospitality, rather than guests having to remind the staff. Overall, still a pleasant stay.
I had the pleasure of staying six nights at the Passa Hotel, and I was absolutely delighted with my experience. My room was flawless — beautifully designed, impeccably clean, with a wonderful view and an exceptionally comfortable mattress that ensured restful sleep every night. A truly special touch was the thoughtful birthday surprise: a small cake with a candle waiting for me. It was such a warm and memorable gesture that made my stay even more meaningful. The entire team was outstanding — consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to creating a perfect guest experience. I would especially like to thank Kiki at the reception, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless and enjoyable. The hotel’s location in Silom is ideal: centrally located yet peacefully tucked away on a quiet side street. It offers the perfect balance between vibrant city life and restful privacy. Everything was spotless and extremely well maintained. The pool area, while intimate, is beautifully designed and features a relaxing jacuzzi function — a perfect place to unwind after exploring Bangkok. Passa Hotel is a refined and luxurious boutique property that truly stands out for its service, comfort, and attention to detail. I highly recommend it without hesitation and would gladly return.
