Very kind and considerate guesthouse with excellent customer service. I accidentally made a double booking for my trip and reached out to explain the situation. They responded quickly, were very understanding, and kindly agreed to waive the cancellation fee without any hassle. I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free they made the process, especially since travel plans can already be overwhelming. Their professionalism and flexibility left a great impression on me, and it shows that they truly care about their guests. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this guesthouse to others and would gladly stay here in the future.
Very good location for Khao San road and the older side of the city. Also within walking distance for the end port of temple hopping. Staff are very friendly, particularly the lady on the front desk! I checked out very early and accidentally dropped my water bottle in the lobby, creating a very loud bang and probably ruining some well earned rest for the staff who were sleeping. So sorry!
Really nice place to stay!! The location is unbelievable! So close to kha san road so if you like partying it’s very good. Also the contactless check in is good and easy but it means you cannot check in early which for us was a little frustrating. The shared bathrooms are clean and decent showers and they are on every floor of the place. Overall it’s a good place!
