* 1000 Bhat deposit before check-in which will be returned when you check out* I recently stayed at KC Place Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is a bit old, but it is clean, safe, and well maintained. Its location is very convenient, especially for travelers using the Airport Rail Link (ARL), as it is just a short walk away. One of the biggest advantages is the side gate near the hotel, which is open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. This provides easy access to Pratunam Wholesale Market via the Sky Baiyoke Big parking lot, saving a lot of walking time. There are also several restaurants and eateries within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel provides two small bottles of water daily, and bath towels are changed every day. However, only bath towels are provided. Amenities are quite basic – there are no toothbrushes or shower caps, and only one small bottle of combined shower gel/shampoo is supplied. There is no complimentary coffee or tea. The room comes with a metal electric kettle, which I personally prefer over plastic kettles, along with two glasses and two cups. The bed is a little firm, but still comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. Only one pillow is provided per guest. What really stood out was the excellent service from the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank the front office staff – Gyu, Acy, and Bon – for their warm hospitality and assistance. For those planning to stay here, note that KC Place has two buildings, Tower 1 and Tower 2, located directly across from each other. Overall, I would highly recommend KC Place to travelers who are looking for a clean, safe, and conveniently located hotel without expecting luxury amenities. It offers good value for money and is an excellent base for shopping and exploring Bangkok.
Stayed here 3 nights in a family room. Price was 232€/ 8700thb. Rooms are really outdated, paint chipping, floor mat loose, torn couch etc and not a fresh smell. Beds are unbelievable hard and some holes in the sheets. There is one small window/room with no view at all. Just a wall very close. Good was working ac devices, and a fridge. Location is perfect for shopping. Otherwise not so nice neighborhood. Very busy traffic. Staff of the hotel was very polite and helpfulf. There is also a restaurant where we had decent breakfast.
The location of the hotel is definitely one of its strongest points. If you prefer staying in a less chaotic part of Pratunam, this is a great option based on my experience. It’s also very convenient. just about a 5-minute walk (or even less) to the Airport Rail Link, which makes it ideal for catching early flights or arriving from a red-eye trip. There are also plenty of food options nearby, and most key spots in Pratunam are within walking distance. But, there are a few downsides worth noting. The bed was quite uncomfortable for me. it’s extremely hard. While some might describe it as orthopedic bed, it honestly felt like theres no mattress at all. which made it difficult to rest well. The room is also not soundproof; you can easily hear footsteps in the hallway and even conversations or coughing from outside, despite the door being closed. The hotel itself has a rather old vibe, which at times felt a bit scary. Additionally, basic amenities like coffee or tea are not provided, and a 1,000 baht security deposit is required upon check-in. Overall, KC Place is a practical choice for a very short stay. especially if you need quick access to the airport or just a place to rest for a night. However, for stays longer than two nights, you may want to consider other options.
The hotel has an excellent location, just 2–3 minutes’ walk from Ratchaprarop Train Station, which is on the direct Airport Rail Link to Suvarnabhumi Airport, making airport transfers very convenient. We booked four twin-bed rooms with connecting rooms, which worked very well for our group. The rooms and common areas were very clean, and the lifts were functioning smoothly with no long waiting times. The staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional. They even assisted us in booking an airport transfer bus, which made our departure hassle-free. Overall, a comfortable and well-managed hotel with a great location and reliable service. Would definitely recommend, especially for group or family stays and travelers needing easy airport access.
