Titanium Bonvoy member- Fantastic stay at the Hotel Muse! Great hospitality, service and assistance. This is a boutique hotel nestled in a great location off of Sukhimvit Road and very close proximity to the many luxury malls either walking or BTS. Evening entertainment downstairs and a great executive lounge for both breakfast and evening cocktails and treats. Kudo's to Khun Kook, Khun Chart & Khun Antonio who provided great assistance with reservations, transportations and a couple of issues with my app that were resolved by this great team. Mr. A, Ning, Joy, Noey, Petch and Gan provided great customer service & were quick to resolve issues with my keys and other needs. The team at the executive lounge provided superb service during the well prepared breakfasts as evening cocktails. Definitely will return to this great establishment! Thank you for a very memorable stay!
This was the first hotel we stayed at during a 3 week trip in Thailand and it set the bar high. It's exactly what's advertised and it truly located in a perfect area for exploring Bangkok. You are walking distance from CenterWorld, across the street from 3 x 711s, a pharmacy, and at lunch time during the week there are quite a few food stands around to grab yourself a fresh bag of fruit. The rooms were clean, the daily cleaning was thorough, we always had fresh towels, the pool was perfect for a nice evening dip, and the speakeasy on the roof made great cocktails and had a nice view of Bangkok worth checking out. The staff were so sweet. From the doorman, to Mr. A, Antoine and the front desk staff. Knowing our next stop after Bangkok was Sukothai, they even gave us some recommendations of a town just outside of Sukothai to go see while we are there. We made the reservations online with our credit card and weren't expecting having to make a deposit. So just be mindful to have cash (it's 2,000 THB), and they will give it back as you leave. We took out cash just before getting to the hotel, and had we known about the deposit we would have taken out more when we first arrived. On the same street, there is actually a Michelin restaurant worth trying (not expensive) called, Baannok Bangkok. The spa across the street called Diora is great for a real Thai Massage (we did a couples one and it straightened us out), and the restaurant located beside the hotel called Baan Langsuan has a great Thai breakfast and although we didn't try it, it was always packed for dinner.

Not only did he arrange a wonderful dinner cruise excursion for us, but he also secretly coordinated with the crew to surprise us with dessert and a special honeymoon greeting. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us and turned an already beautiful evening into a lifelong memory. The hotel itself has a unique charm, elegant atmosphere, and warm hospitality that made our time in Bangkok even more special. Every detail felt intentional, and every interaction made us feel valued. We highly recommend The Muse Hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok, especially couples looking for a romantic and memorable experience. Hotel Muse Bangkok feels like the sort of hotel that should cost significantly more than it does. From the moment you step into the lobby, there is a sense of old-world glamour and theatrical elegance that is increasingly rare in modern luxury hotels. The service is impeccable throughout—warm, polished, attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Every interaction felt intentional, from check-in to housekeeping, and the staff consistently delivered the kind of hospitality that elevates a stay from comfortable to memorable. The rooms are simply divine: richly designed, beautifully maintained, and full of character. While many luxury hotels lean towards contemporary minimalism, Hotel Muse embraces a distinctive personality that makes it feel special. Combined with its excellent location and outstanding service, it became one of those stays where you find yourself looking forward to returning to the room after a day out in Bangkok. I genuinely have no idea how I managed to secure the rate I did, but it felt like one of the best hotel values I have experienced in years. If Google allowed it, I would happily give Hotel Muse 6/5 stars.
