I truely recommend to stay. Many first impressions since I stepped in here (wet 🌧️ ) on a rainy day, they have taken care of me wonderfull; the receptionist, butler, and the hotel manager Mr Ken, he’s very helpful with information and very polite. 🤍 I truly felt like home. Their service is like 5-star hotels. The location is perfect only 10-20 steps to EMSPHERE mall and close to BTS station. Inside is very quiet and lovely ‘without’ the smell from the weed store near here. 👏🏻 The cleanliness is over the top, I love that they use Antiseptic solution as in hospital.
Excellent Stay at Arawana Regency Park Sukhumvit I had a wonderful experience during my solo trip to Bangkok while staying at Arawana Regency Park Sukhumvit. From the moment I arrived, the entire team took great care of me and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. My room on Level 5 was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made my stay very enjoyable. I would like to give a special thank you to the front desk agents, Yoon and Tar, for their exceptional service. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist whenever I needed support or help. I would also like to recognize the restaurant staff. The waiters were very polite, kind, and well-mannered, providing excellent service every day. Thank you to everyone at Arawana Regency Park Sukhumvit for making my stay so pleasant and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok and look forward to staying here again in the future.
Great hotel, with very friendly and capable staff, always willing to solve any problems immediately. Fantastic rooftop pool, where drinks and food are available to order. Indian restaurant that is attached to the hotel is very good and affordable, with attentive staff, always willing to assist you and open until 4am, with an inexpensive and very tasty breakfast buffet. Spacious rooms, with a very nice washroom. The location is fantastic, with many bars and restaurants on this street and a bank machine right outside.I would highly recommend staying here, as I hope to return to again. Thank you to all of the staff and hope to see you again in the future.
Location is perfect. Room are clean but old. Loose furniture. They only provide two small water bottles a day per room. Rooftop swimming tank is not that clean. Gym is not so great. No parking. Paid washing and drying machine.
Before booking, I was a bit worried about whether the room would be good because the price was quite cheap compared to the location. But when I actually arrived, I was very impressed. The service was excellent, and the actual room was much better than I expected. It’s beautiful, great value for money, and super convenient to travel around since it’s right next to Emsphere. The only downside is that parking at the hotel can be quite difficult to find. Overall, I'm highly impressed! If I have to go to that area again, I will definitely book here.
