Staff is very welcoming, big , clean room, great location and very quite. One negative that during my stay building nearby had renovation going
Cozy, comfortable, super clean and excellent value. Amazingly hospitable and helpful hosts, super friendly. Located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood for a great sleep. Amenities are meticulously clean and work well. If you can bring your suitcases up stairs then you will be able to live in comfort. Our suite on L3 was the nicest place we'd stayed in, and we'd stayed in a lot over our 3 week holiday. Hosts were lovely and accommodating when we had to change our plans last minute and made arrangements for us to stay longer. Airport transfer was comfortable and roomy. Plenty of delicious food options nearby (with everything else a Grab away) - plenty of time spent at the Central Park food court. If you're a cat lover, keep your eyes out for Krading who lives in the laneway outside (he's friendly but will leave you alone if you're not interested) We will happily recommend urban house to anyone, and would stay here again if we return to Bangkok
Be ready to walk up stairs but everything else about this place is perfect! Great rooms with nice bed and bathroom and AC, some water included and little free snacks in the lobby. Responsive host who helped with nearby restaurant recommendations. Also just a great location close to public transit. Highly recommend!
I loved the people here! They were so very kind and helpful! One woman in particular, although unfortunately I have misplaced her name. She made me comfortable at safe in the middle of the big city! The room was beautiful and comfortable and exceptionally clean. I would definitely stay here again!
