It is a luxury hotel in Lumpini area. The hotel is prominent. Opposite there is a one Bangkok department store. Check in at the lobby located on the 9th floor. There is good service. After that, you have to change the elevator to go to the room. The floor of the room is divided into different decorations. I stayed in the water element. The room is spacious. The facilities are complete. There is a large bathtub with a clear view. Feel the real relaxation. The large swimming pool area and the city view are very beautiful, especially at sunset. There are a lot of breakfast and good taste.
First time stay here. Fantastic location and excellent service from checked - in throughout checked - out time. Special thanks to club angels team , Georgia, Eve, Lea and others. Also, concierge and valet team Weeda, Tee, Poon and others for excellent service and made my stay at SO/Bangkok was very comfy and memorable. Thank you very much to all. Just one thing for improvement it was chlorine smell for the indoor pools on 7th floor it was too strong and unpleasant. Better to use other non toxic products. Other than that. Love the location and vibe of this hotel and surrounding areas.
SO/ Bangkok is pure luxury, style, and a slight blow to your self-esteem because the staff dress significantly better than the guests (and I wish I were kidding). From the second we stepped in, we felt seen, heard, and deeply VIP. A ridiculously attractive concierge in a high-fashion uniform whisked us up to the 25th floor, where a super polite and friendly French lady, whose name I couldn’t remember, checked us in with effortless style. They blessed us with a free upgrade to a "Blue Room," and wow -it was perfect. Spacious, incredibly comfy bed, and a view of Lumpini Park and the Bangkok skyline from every single window that belonged on a postcard. You also have to hit the infinity pool. It feels like you're swimming right into the park, and true to the hotel's vibe, the people-watching there is absolute top-tier. Location-wise, it’s a cheat code. The MRT is right across the street, putting Bangkok’s best spots on a silver platter. Silom is an easy walk, and Chinatown and Wat Arun are just a few quick stops away. Breakfast was an everyday masterclass in style and deliciousness. We also binged the free afternoon tea and felt like absolute royalty checking out the jaw-dropping rooftop bar. 10/10, would let the staff out-dress me again.
The hotel is simply wonderful! I had a great experience, the room was big and spacious. Everything I needed was in the room, nothing was missing. The lounge was also excellent! And the staff is amazing and courteous, always happy to help. I really felt like they remembered me and what I like! I will definitely return to this hotel! Highly recommend!!❤️
Really enjoyed my stay at SO Bangkok! My flight arrived super early in the morning, so I requested an early check-in. Unfortunately, my preferred room type wasn’t ready until around 12 PM, but the staff were very accommodating and invited us to relax in the executive lounge and enjoy breakfast while waiting. It was a nice touch and made the wait much more comfortable. We were also lucky to get upgraded to a Water Element room with a beautiful view of Lumpini Park. The room was unique and different from the usual hotel rooms, which made the stay feel even more special. The rooftop bar has an amazing view of the Bangkok skyline and is definitely worth visiting. The food was also consistently good throughout our stay. Overall, great service, beautiful views, and a very comfortable stay. The little touches from the team made a difference, and I would definitely consider staying here again when I’m back in Bangkok.
