Had an amazing stay at Roxx Social Hostel The location is perfect just a short walk from Khao San Road and many famous attractions The staff were friendly welcoming and always ready to help The rooms were comfortable the atmosphere was social and fun and it was easy to meet travelers from around the world Great value for money and I would definitely stay here again Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok
Good location and staff, but cleanliness needs urgent attention⭐⭐⭐ SERVICE: Perfect. The guys are all very polite, always smiling, and helpful. LOCATION: Located right on Khao San Road, you couldn't ask for a better location. VENUE/CLEANLINESS: I stayed on the 2nd floor. The room has air conditioning, which is very good and kept an excellent temperature. However, the place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months and needs serious attention. There is a strong odor and too much clutter in the bathrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. POINTS TO IMPROVE: Since it is a hostel, it lacks a kitchen and basic amenities for backpackers. Cleanliness is definitely the biggest issue here. Another point is the lack of signage; if you don't ask around, you won't be able to find the place. INDIAN GUESTS: One thing that really bothered me was some clueless Indian guests. They were very rude, playing loud audio on their phones in the reception and in the room, and talking past 11 PM inside the dorm. I had to ask them to be quiet about 3 times. I stayed for 3 days. I might return because of the price, but I would think twice before booking again.
I had a fantastic experience staying in the dormitory at Roxx social hostel. The beds was comfortable and clean, and there was plenty of storage space for my belongings. The common areas were welcoming and well-maintained, making it easy to meet fellow travelers and socialize. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready with great tips about the local area. The atmosphere was vibrant and fun, but also relaxed enough to get a good night’s sleep. Highly recommend this hostel for anyone looking for an affordable, social, and comfortable stay!
