The hotel is conveniently located on Khao San Road, which made it a great base, especially during Songkran. The room was comfortable with a powerful air conditioner, and the staff was very kind and helpful. The only downside is that our room was facing what seemed to be a large party hostel, so there was loud music some nights until around 3 to 5 am. Something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper.
Rambuttri House on Khao San Road is a pretty okay spot if your priority is location. It’s right in the middle of everything, super convenient, and easy to get around to nearby attractions, food, and nightlife. That said, there are a few downsides to be aware of. The bed was very hard, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. The bathroom also had some issues, mine was clogged, which wasn’t ideal. Noise is another big one. It’s very loud at night, so don’t expect a quiet stay. Definitely bring earplugs (I did, and it helped a lot). Overall, it’s a budget hotel, so you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a cheap place with a perfect location and easy access to everything, it does the job. Just don’t expect too much comfort.
Rooms are small, and smells, street where this hotel located is on party mode in night. You may hear music in rooms in night. Rooms were smells bad. I would not recommend this for those traveling with families. It's only when you travel alone or with friends and on budget friendly trip. Location is good, nearby many tourist attractions around Bangkok.
