Excellent location hotel with the train station is less than 3 min walk. Room is big with fridge + microwave. Air con is cold and water from the heater is hot enough. TV - google TV with apps like Netflix + YouTube. Room is big with 4 bed. Value for money. It will be good to have simple user guide for the water heater + microwave. There's 711 & lots of food stall at the hotel entrance. But its rather noisy in the morning as you can hear people talking along the walk way. Overall it's a nice hotel.
We stayed at Exoresidence The Heart of Chinatown Hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Wat Mangkon MRT Station, making it easy to get around Bangkok. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a mini kitchen. It included a microwave, a medium-sized refrigerator, and basic dining utensils such as plates, bowls, spoons, forks, glasses, and cups. The hotel also provided complimentary coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. There was a table and chair in the room, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a quick meal. The bathroom amenities were excellent, with toothbrushes, shower caps, shower gel, and shampoo all provided. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room daily, and everything was kept neat and tidy throughout our stay. The location is another major advantage. It is within walking distance of Sampeng Market and very close to the Chinatown Night Market, making it an ideal base for shopping and exploring the area. There is also a 7-Eleven conveniently located downstairs. For first-time visitors, note that the hotel lobby is on the 3rd floor and can be accessed by lift, with the hotel entrance located beside the 7-Eleven. The front office staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We would especially like to extend our appreciation to Pang from the front office team, as well as the housekeeping staff, for their excellent service and hospitality. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel that offers great value for money. I would definitely stay at Exoresidence The Heart of Chinatown Hotel again on my next visit to Bangkok and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in the Chinatown area.
Location totally fine not a problem with Uber or Grab. We had a quiet room overlooking a temple. Staff nice. Rooms big. Need to have a sign about the shower as apparently you have to push a button 5x to get hot water and no where does it say this so the first shower was cold
Superb Experience at EXORESIDENCE! Highly satisfied with my stay on the 6th floor. Quickest check-in ever, a very strategic location, and a super clean room. Bonus: No waiting around for elevators! The only downside was hearing the TV from the room next door at night, but everything else was perfect. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
