Abloom Exclusive Serviced Apartments
Bangkok
Recenzje
We spent nearly a month in a 2-bedroom apartment at Abloom, and it was the perfect choice. Despite being so central, it is a remarkably calm, quiet, and peaceful place—it felt like a true escape from the city bustle. The unit was incredibly spacious, and we loved the large balcony with a beautiful garden view. The WiFi was amazing and super reliable throughout our entire stay. The location is also perfect—just a quick walk to Sanam Pao BTS—but a huge standout for us was the complimentary shuttle service to Phyathai 2 Hospital. Having that reliable transport for our appointments made everything stress-free. Most importantly, the service was top-notch; the staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. We also loved having Hungry Brown Eat and Coffee Roasters right on-site. Their Fettuccine Truffle and specialty coffee were the perfect treats after a long day. Between the large outdoor pool and the quiet atmosphere, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for anyone needing a peaceful, well-connected base in Bangkok!
The pool is by far their best feature. around 20 to 25m long it's great for exercise etc. open 7am to 10pm. The apartment was good to. Nice to have extra space compared to a hotel room. The price for the room was almost the same as a hotel room but with extra space it was a no-brainer. £33 per night and that was during Sonkran. Cafe a bit expensive compared to outside. I didn't use massage facilities but they are expensive. I would definitely return. It has a handy short cut to the BTS sanam pau as well. 2-3 min walk. Parking if you need it.
I can’t recommend Abloom enough. The rooms are massive -- a luxury in Bangkok, and the location is perfect. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Pro tip: Definitely check out the onsite cafe, and don't forget to ask the team about the secret shortcut—it makes getting to the Sanam Pao BTS a breeze.
Premier Suite room is large. I like the separartion of living room and bedroom. I stayed on 7th and 8th Fl. Both rooms have loud air-conditioners. The air-con of the room on the 8th floor was smelly. I had to open the window and thus the mosquito got in. It was a terrible night. I should have changed the room but I thought the smell might not last long. However it lasted from 5.30pm to the time I went to bed at 1 am.
I stayed at Abloom for 4 nights. This was my 2nd stay & unfortunately, I was very disappointed with both the room condition and the service. The day-shift staff were wonderful, however the night-shift receptionist (an older gentleman, likely in his 40s or 50s — I didn’t catch his name) was rude on multiple occasions. When I called to report that the room I had just moved into had a smell, his attitude was dismissive and unpleasant. The following night, when my toilet became clogged, I went down to reception to request maintenance & encountered the same receptionist again, who was once more very rude. While maintenance was provided, the receptionist’s behavior was appalling. One of the main reasons I returned to Abloom was because of my previous experience, but after this stay, I would not come back or recommend it to others. The rooms are spacious, but the photos on Booking.com are quite misleading. The room was worn down, the sofa was stained & the toilet repeatedly clogged, requiring constant maintenance. The only positives are the convenient location and the impeccable lobby. Unfortunately, the rest of the property is not worth the price. There are better-maintained accommodations nearby with far better service, such as Bangkok Patio.
