Had a wonderful experience here! The staff were all very friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Our family of four had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we received excellent service. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel right at home. A special thank you to New, Yoat, and Mick for providing exceptional customer service throughout our stay. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made our experience even more enjoyable. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Elon, the Front Desk Manager, for accommodating our late checkout and for going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and stress-free departure. Kate and her team did a great job of taking care of me during my stay. The service was top notch, the room was great with a perfect view of the city. They even went as far as surprising me for my birthday! The breakfast buffet had plenty of diverse food options, while also keeping a high quality. The bar lounge by the lobby was cozy with talented live music. Definitely would recommend and will be back.
Had a very pleasant stay at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent, especially for anyone who enjoys shopping, with many malls and markets within walking distance. The breakfast spread was good with plenty of options, and the overall service was impressive. A special mention to Miss May at the reception, who was extremely helpful and courteous throughout our stay. She went out of her way to assist us whenever needed and made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff across the hotel were very cooperative, friendly, and always willing to help. Overall, a great place to stay in Bangkok, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city for business or leisure.
had a wonderful stay at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam. We stayed here for 4 nights with my family. The location is very convenient for shopping and getting around. The famous Pratunam Night Market is also very close to the hotel, and it’s great for cheap shopping and street food. One thing I really liked is that from the hotel lobby you can easily access McDonald’s, KFC, Starbucks, and a 7-Eleven, which was very convenient. The beds were very comfortable, and the room amenities were good. The breakfast buffet was also nice with many choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed on the 37th floor and had a beautiful city view from our room. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you Berkeley Hotel. Love from Sri Lanka 🇱🇰. Highly recommended! 😊
