Staying at LiT BANGKOK Hotel worked out really well for me. The location made it easy to get around, and I appreciated being able to check in early. The room was spacious and felt comfortable, which made the stay even better. Breakfast was just okay, but overall it was a very good experience for the price and I’d be happy to return.
Love this hotel. Located in a calm n quiet junction, i wonder why i've never come across this hotel earlier. The exterior design is modern, fast check-in process, with a nicefriendly receptionist. Very convenient location, accessible to few major malls. The unique design of the bathroom layout makes this hotel a stand out from the others. And it comes with a bathtub lol.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at LIT Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The doormen and bellmen were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with our luggage and transportation needs. The front desk staff were professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their genuine kindness and excellent service made us feel truly valued as guests. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and impeccably maintained. The rooms and facilities were clean, stylish, and very comfortable. What impressed us most was how family-friendly the environment was. The staff were wonderful with children, always patient, cheerful, and accommodating, making our little ones feel welcome throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team at LIT Hotel for creating such a memorable experience. We highly recommend this hotel to families, couples, and anyone looking for outstanding service and a beautiful place to stay in Bangkok. We look forward to returning in the future!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely wonderful stay at LiT BANGKOK Hotel. Although it is officially a 4-star hotel, the level of service honestly felt like a 7-star experience. Every member of the staff was professional, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. I would especially like to recognize two staff members who were usually at the entrance. Unfortunately, I don’t remember their names, and I’m not sure whether they were bellboys, doormen, or security staff. However, they were absolutely outstanding. They helped carry my luggage multiple times, assisted me with loading and unloading bags from vehicles, and always did so with a smile and exceptional professionalism. One moment that really stood out was when I returned to the hotel with many shopping bags. Before I even had to ask for assistance, they immediately came over, helped me with everything, escorted me to the elevator, and even opened it for me. It was this kind of attention to detail that made the stay feel truly special. Their service mindset is among the best I have ever experienced in any hotel around the world. Employees like these are a huge asset to the hotel, and they genuinely deserve recognition, promotion, and a salary increase for the incredible work they do. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I will gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.
Had a really wonderful stay at LIT Bangkok hotel for our couple days in the city. They let us have breakfast on the first day before we checked in as we were going to miss our last days breakfast for an early flight, which was so accommodating. The breakfast is so good and they make fresh eggs/pancakes and other things fresh to your liking as well as a buffet. The service was amazing and the staff are all so kind and friendly. The rooms are a good size and very clean and maintained to a very good level. Overall had such a nice stay at the hotel and would recommend for those who want to stay in a great location for visiting Bangkok!
