Highly recommend this place! The atmosphere here is absolutely incredible. Inside, you get a beautiful, classic vibe with warm brick walls and cozy lighting, but the outdoor seating along the walkway is also fantastic for catching a breeze and enjoying the city views. They feature very nice live music that sets the perfect mood for a night out. To top it off, the service is incredibly nice, attentive, and welcoming. Whether you're here for the draft beer or the lively energy, it’s a must-visit!
We have been attracted by music when passing by. It’s a restaurant with ambiance of a bar. The outside is lighter than inside. We ordered Western dishes and the cooking is ok. Their price is a little bit expensive. But given the ambiance and the location, It’s acceptable. Waitress didn’t speak well English.
Secret Chamber inside MBK feels like stumbling onto a hidden post-game hangout after a Whitecaps win downtown. Dinner was ramen done right—rich broth, tender noodles, crispy chicken wings, and golden fried pork bites that hit every note. The surprise bowl of popcorn on the side sealed it. Drinks came through strong too: a peach soda and a strawberry slurpee that both tasted like victory on a hot Bangkok night. Live Thai music set the tone—smooth vocals, tight rhythm, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you stay longer than planned. Secret Chamber is that crossover between Vancouver vibe and Thai street charm—creative, casual, and full of personality. Easy five stars for food, service, and energy. Definitely worth tracking down in the MBK maze, and the kind of spot any BC traveler would brag about finding first.
