This was our second stay at Walton Suites Sukhumvit, and that alone speaks volumes about how exceptional this serviced apartment is. After such an unforgettable first visit, there was never any question about where we'd stay on our return to Bangkok. Both of our visits were extended stays, with our most recent stay lasting almost a month, so we've truly experienced what it's like to call Walton Suites home. Our first stay was incredibly special as it was for our wedding and honeymoon. When we arrived, we were welcomed into a beautifully decorated apartment, complete with elegant interlocking towel swans on the bed and a gorgeous cake featuring a hand-piped congratulatory message. It was such a thoughtful surprise that made an already unforgettable occasion even more memorable. This visit happened to coincide with my wife's birthday, and once again, the team completely exceeded our expectations. Imagine the look on my wife's face when there was a knock at our door and a little entourage of staff including our favourites, Kiki and Sita. They arrived carrying a beautiful birthday cake with a hand-piped message before serenading her with Happy Birthday. It was one of those moments we'll cherish forever. What made it even more incredible was that we hadn't mentioned it to anyone. The team had simply noticed the date from the copy of her passport on file and decided to make her day extra special. That level of thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and genuine care is something you rarely experience and perfectly reflects the culture of Walton Suites. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything you could need. Having a fully equipped kitchen and laundry made our long stays effortless, while the rooftop pool, gym, peaceful location, and excellent facilities made it feel like a genuine home away from home. A huge shout out to Kiki and Sita for their warmth, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. They are an absolute credit to Walton Suites and a big reason why we came back and why we'll continue to return. It's rare to find somewhere that doesn't just provide outstanding accommodation but creates lasting memories. More so they provided us with everything that we needed and requested for like pans and nespresso machines etc. Walton Suites Sukhumvit has done exactly that for us. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bangkok and are already looking forward to our next visit.
We stayed 2 nights, the staff are so incredibly kind and helpful. The rooftop pool is so clean and the amenities surrounding are fantastic. Rooms are very clean and modern. We travelled with our 5 year old, was a bit too far to walk to some hot spots, but using the Grab app was cheap and convenient. Would 100% recommend the Walton Suites in Bangkok!
Had a wonderful stay at Walton Suites Sukhumvit. The one-bedroom suite was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, making it a great option for both families and long stays. The location was excellent, with easy access to major shopping areas and attractions, while still being in a peaceful neighborhood. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the complimentary tuk-tuk service to nearby malls was a fantastic added convenience. The facilities were well-maintained, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing after a busy day in Bangkok. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly stay with great value and a convenient location. 😊
Great place for longer stays and ideal if you need two bedrooms. TVs are not up to date by current standards so streaming apps are a bit limited but they have Netflix. Rooms are equipped with basic needs and are a good size. Great pool and we'll set up gym. If you need an extended stay in Phom Phrong area this is an ideal spot.
I stayed at Walton Suites Sukhumvit during my post-surgery recovery, and I can only highly recommend this place. The apartment is very comfortable, perfectly clean, quiet, and ideal for resting in the best conditions. You quickly feel at ease, which is so important during such a sensitive time. But what truly makes the difference here is the staff. From the housekeeping team to the front desk, everyone was incredibly kind, always smiling, helpful, and attentive. I was genuinely touched by their kindness and professionalism. I would also like to give a special thank you to Kitty, who was absolutely wonderful throughout my stay. She was always friendly, caring, and extremely helpful. I will definitely remember her. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so smooth and pleasant. Karine
