I recently stayed at voco Bangkok Surawong and had a wonderful experience from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth, efficient, and made especially pleasant by Minho and Pink, who were both incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming. They took the time to explain the hotel facilities and ensured that all my questions were answered, making me feel valued as a guest. Their warm hospitality created a great first impression and set the tone for an enjoyable stay. The hotel itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and conveniently located, but what truly stood out was the excellent service provided by the team. Special thanks again to Minho and Pink for their professionalism and genuine care towards guests.
The Location: Strategically situated in the vibrant Silom district, within easy walking distance to the BTS station and major shopping malls. Having a 7-Eleven right at the doorstep is incredibly convenient, and the surrounding area is packed with fantastic food options and massage spots. The Hotel & Room: Having only opened six months ago, the hotel feels fresh and immaculate. The exterior is grand, while the interior beautifully blends a relaxed resort aesthetic with a luxurious atmosphere. The rooms are incredibly spacious, featuring top-tier bedding, excellent soundproofing, and a well-curated minibar with a wide selection of drinks and snacks. The Dining: I had breakfast here throughout my stay and was thoroughly impressed. The menu rotates daily—a wonderful surprise! The variety is extensive, spanning Asian, Japanese, and Western cuisines, and every single dish I tried was delicious and executionally flawless. The Service: What truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible team. They make you feel like you are coming home. A special shoutout to the amazing concierge doormen, Ton and Bao, as well as the wonderful breakfast service crew for their warm hospitality. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers. Between the prime location, premium amenities, and excellent value for money, it’s a flawless choice in Bangkok.
voco Bangkok – A Stunning New Addition to the IHG Family ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just stayed at the newly renovated voco Bangkok and I’m thoroughly impressed. As a brand-new IHG property, the design is fresh, modern, and beautifully executed throughout. The highlight for me was the pool — it’s massive and enjoys full sunlight all day long, which is perfect for a proper pool day. One small note for the management: the dark-colored wooden decking around the pool absorbs a lot of heat and gets extremely hot underfoot in direct sunlight. A simple fix, but worth addressing for guest comfort. The front desk and concierge teams were professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful — exactly the kind of service that makes a stay memorable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the breakfast staff were warm and enthusiastic. Among the many excellent team members, I want to give a special shoutout to NP from F&B management and Beam at the front desk — both were outstanding and truly went above and beyond. The location is also a big plus — very well situated and convenient. I gave some minor feedback during my stay and was pleased to see that management took it seriously and responded with care. That kind of attentiveness really speaks to the culture of this hotel. Can’t wait to return. Highly recommended! 🙌
I had an amazing 5-night stay at voco Surawong Bangkok and enjoyed every single moment of it. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and always ready to help, which made the experience even more special. The hotel feels very new, with modern and well-maintained facilities. The bed was extremely comfortable, perfect for rest and recovery. I also really appreciated the gym and pool, both well-equipped and great for staying active during the trip. The location is excellent, with everything you need nearby, making it very convenient. On top of that, the food at the restaurant is really good, definitely worth trying. Highly recommend this hotel and I would happily stay here again!

Check-in was smooth and efficient, thanks to Danny, who provided warm, professional service and made a great first impression. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the universal power outlets were especially convenient for international travellers. Breakfast offered a good buffet selection with strong potential as the hotel continues to refine its offerings. Overall, the experience was very positive, and I look forward to returning as the hotel continues to improve.
