We spent two days by the amazing pool with a day pass. First of all, the pool is very clean and refreshing and the view is just incredible. The only thing that's even better than the view (which is really hard) is the service. The staff is truely amazing. Everybody is so kind and helpful and welcoming. I had a little wound at my foot and as I lost my plaster I asked the staff if they maybe have another one. Three (!) people came to give me a plaster, help me desinfect my wound and even gave me a bandage. I felt so cared for!!! Thank you so much! Next time I'm in Bangkok I'll definetly come back.
I stayed here for a whole week, which I wouldn't normally do, but I needed a bit of time to relax after some busy weeks. This hotel was perfect for this occassion. It's located near Ari BTS and is in a great neighbourhood. The hotel is quite luxurious, the rooms are spacious and comfortable with breathtaking views. The manager of the hotel was a nice lady and very helpful, all the staff were great and friendly. A big shoutout to Sai, who was the most friendly and helpful staff member during my stay. He went above and beyond and is the definition of great customer service. I'd highly recommend this hotel to others.
We absolutely love The Quarter Ari and keep coming back! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the BTS, with plenty of great food options nearby. The rooms are spotless, very comfortable, and the views are amazing. Everything throughout the hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The rooftop pool is beautiful and a great place to relax, while the gym is one of the most complete hotel gyms we’ve ever used. The steam room is a fantastic bonus and really complements the overall experience. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras, such as the free snacks and the convenient laundry facilities in the building. What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Suki for all the assistance and kindness during our stays. We’ve stayed here on three separate occasions, and every time we end up extending our stay because it genuinely feels like a home away from home. We can’t recommend The Quarter Ari enough and will definitely be back again soon!

Professional, attentive, and genuinely kind, she made the check-in process seamless and went out of her way to give us personalized recommendations for local restaurants and hidden spots around the Ari neighborhood. That kind of human touch truly makes a difference. The rooms are beautifully designed — modern, spotlessly clean, and surprisingly quiet given the vibrant area surrounding the hotel. The location is perfect: walkable to the BTS Ari station, surrounded by trendy cafés, local markets and great dining options. It strikes the ideal balance between a peaceful retreat and easy access to Bangkok’s energy. Overall, The Quarter Ari delivers a boutique hotel experience that punches well above its price point. If you’re looking for style, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality in Bangkok — look no further. I’ll definitely be back on my next visit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay at The Quarter Ari by UHG. The hotel is beautifully presented, modern, and exceptionally clean, with spacious rooms that feel both comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The views from our room were excellent and really added to the overall experience, especially after a long day exploring Bangkok. The pool area was another highlight — peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax. The location is great, making it easy to get around the city while still enjoying a calm and comfortable environment. A special mention goes to Q, who was incredibly helpful, very polite, and truly professional throughout our stay. Q went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and that level of service really stood out. I would highly recommend The Quarter Ari by UHG and would definitely stay here again.
