Only the location is kind of tricky. However, the service and the quality is still very good. Ground lobby is too smelly with fragrance. too much fragrance causes smelly feeling. Small advice.
This is my 3rd stay with the hotel. Nice room n location. The only setback is the sound insulation which is not great. I got woken up in the morning by the alarm clock of the guest next door.
Perfect stay in Bangkok, great location, friendly staff, all needed amenities, clean, quiet, pool with the view, frequent free transfer to BTS, spacious rooms, free water provided, fast internet! I don’t know who writes negative things, we had a perfect stay and enjoyed it here so much!!! Will consider staying here next time! ❤️
Good location - but hotel feels like a hostel and it’s very compact. Obviously compared to price it’s to be expected. However noise from street and hallway is easy heard. The pool is quite ok but the gym is poor and branded as a fitness center which it isn’t There is a treadmill and that’s basically it. No workout of your body to be expected only cardio in a claustrophobic room. Receptionist are not very nice and seemed bothered by you and not really helpful . The maids and security are however really kind and helpful.
Amazing service from start to finish! Nancy checked us in and checked us out and she was the sweetest soul. Hotel location was perfect for us very quiet compared to the busy streets of Bangkok. Close to Metros & walking distance to some great food spots Self serve Laundry for a small fee which was a massive help and bonus. Honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! Next time we’re in Bangkok we will be back
