We had a Birthday and Anniversary celebration and the Hotel staff went out of their way to make it a memorable stay. They helped me arrange a beautiful bouquet on arrival and there were lovely cakes for each day accompanied by handwritten notes. The hotel itself is a sanctuary on a busy street with lovely rooms and a beautiful pool that I used each day. The secret gem is the speakeasy bar Lennon’s with amazing views and great cocktails. Service everywhere was terrific & best part is you can walk out to the sky tram or next door to the malls for food and shopping. Highly recommended

I enjoyed a teapot in the lobby bar. Initially the hotel’s private skywalk entrance was a positive welcome, and a thoughtful ease of access, only to be amplified by its uplifting and thought provoking artwork exhibition which appeared to me of juxtaposed pattern and colour upon contemporary orientalist pop-art themes expressing narratives of music, textile, and the divine femininity ! The lobby lounge bar was a cooler theme, which offers a choice of semi-privatized or open seating via a quad of curved sculptural dividers. The proportions of the furniture in the actual desk area are superbly elegant. I would like one for a sophisticated home ! A contrast of white art against deep rich timber wall cladding are a touch of the design ingenuity. The tea itself seemed to multiply and last long, which is a sign of very good tea! Ultimately and most importantly, the staff made the experience most warm and friendly and connected. Hopefully I’ll have a chance to stay for longer next time.

All around an superb hotel for a family of 4 staying for vacation. We were here for 3 nights with young kids (6 yr & 6 mth old) and they provided full amenities for the little ones but also left enough care for the parents. We found the service to be wonderful and personal without being intrusive, little details like remembering our room number during breakfast was a nice touch. Through Amex FHR we were upgraded to a larger room on a higher floor - and we were able to fully take advantage of the dining outlets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Notably, breakfast was brilliantly executed - a combination of smaller buffet + a la carte items proved to be a winning formula and you feel a full sense of pride from their culinary team. We dined at the Chinese restaurant as well and found the food to be of very high quality. Though not a 'family-oriented' hotel (i.e. no kids club, and the style of hotel is clearly for more discerning adults) - we really enjoyed the hotel pool and health club (where they offered complimentary activities such as yoga and muay thai, which we signed up a a family and was a ton of fun). I hope I will be able to find time to visit this Rosewood property again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Standout Stay in the Heart of Bangkok Rosewood Bangkok — Highly Recommended From the moment you arrive, Rosewood Bangkok makes an impression. The location is excellent — centrally situated and easy to get around the city from, whether you’re heading to shopping, dining, or cultural landmarks. Breakfast was a genuine highlight. The spread is generous and well-executed, with enough variety to satisfy both Asian and Western palates. It’s the kind of morning meal that sets a positive tone for the rest of the day. Service throughout the stay was warm and attentive without being intrusive — the staff strike a nice balance that you don’t always find, even at this level of hotel. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the poolside seating. The number of loungers feels a bit limited, especially during busier hours, and it can be tricky to secure a spot. A minor inconvenience in an otherwise seamless experience. Overall, Rosewood Bangkok delivers on its promise of luxury. The combination of prime location, excellent breakfast, and genuinely good service makes it easy to recommend without hesitation. Would absolutely return.

All in all, the hotel is excellent. The rooms were nice and spacious and felt very cozy. The amenities were great for a hotel located in the centre of bustling Bangkok. The gym itself is a bit small and equipment is limited. Despite this, the hotels offers spa facilities and a pool which was great. The staff were accommodating and helped as much as they could when assistants nice was needed. A downside is that traffic can get crazy around rush hour timing but there are plenty of ways to get around the city which makes this lesser of an issue. In a sea of luxury hotels, the Rosewood was very competitively priced with other luxury hotels charging more than double for the same experience.
