We had an absolutely exceptional stay at here. After traveling for six weeks, this was the hotel that truly stood out to us. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. We were generously given a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which made our one-night stay incredibly special and unforgettable. The room was beautiful, and the views were absolutely incredible. The restaurants were also delicious, and every detail of our stay felt thoughtfully taken care of. A special thank you to Mr. Fame, who went above and beyond to make our experience so seamless. We were traveling with seven suitcases, and he was incredibly helpful with all of our luggage. He was also extremely knowledgeable and kind, helping us arrange our airport transfer and giving us wonderful recommendations for places to visit before our departure. We have stayed at many hotels throughout our six-week travels, and Banyan Tree Bangkok was by far one of the most memorable. The combination of exceptional hospitality, beautiful accommodations, delicious dining, and genuinely attentive staff made this stay stand out. We will absolutely be continuing to stay at Banyan Tree properties around the world. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Mr. Fame, for making our stay so unforgettable!
Absolutely loved this hotel! The team at the concierge were extremely eloquent and ensured I was well taken care of as a female traveller. Front desk were extremely empathetic and helpful with first bringing my bags up to the room while I couldn't wait to go out! They also gave me a free room upgrade and brought pillows up for the pillow buffet. Rooms were spacious and had chromecast so I could connect my personal spotify and prime accounts. The concierge was extremely helpful with grab bookings and even communicated with riders and drivers to lead them to the hotel lobby, especially Benz who helped me! Overall a pleasant, clean, and pampered stay, I would definitely stay at the banyan tree again.

Everything was truly extraordinary, from the luxurious and spacious room to the outstanding facilities and breathtaking views over Bangkok. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I had an absolutely stunning dinner at Baiyun in the Banyan Tree Bangkok. If you are looking for world-class Cantonese food paired with a breathtaking skyscraper view of the city night, this is the place to be. Watching the Bangkok skyline light up from such a height made the meal feel truly special. The food was exquisite and beautifully presented. Some of the highlights included: Steamed Crab Leg with Red Curry Powder Sauce: A unique and bold twist on seafood—perfectly cooked. Steamed Scallop with Garlic Sauce: Fresh, delicate, and packed with flavor. Steamed Abalone Sheet with Prawn Filling in Brown Sauce: This was a standout—rich, savory, and incredibly tender. A huge thank you to Pao and Mile for their exceptional service. They were attentive, professional, and made sure every detail of our dinner was perfect. Their hospitality really elevated the entire experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium dining experience in Bangkok!
