One of those places that you need to know what you're getting into. Volve doesn't have "vacation amenities" like a pool or a gym. But it is very well located, the room is well appointed, and the neighborhood is peaceful for the center of Bangkok. Right by some great restaurants and a hop away from the BTS.
Loved my one-night stay at this cute, clean boutique hotel! They offer great little perks like free bar snacks, juice, and mineral water. Their welcome drink-a signature Thai tea without milk, it was amazing and so refreshing on a hot day. The staff are incredibly polite and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!
I really love this hotel as it feels so homely. The staff is amazing and friendly from the Security who usually is the first person you see at the hotel entrance and welcomes you to the lovely front office team who are very helpful. The housekeeping and cafe/restaurant team add to the great service and experience. Would definitely love to come back here to stay. Another plus point. The hotel is near Thonglor BTS Station and surrounded by many good restaurants, cafes and bars.
I must say, the hospitality at Vovle hotel is wonderful! The staff are incredibly friendly, enthusiastically answering questions and providing excellent recommendations for places to visit and things to do. During my 2 nights stay in BKK, I had just finished my trip in Bhutan, with my last activity being a hike to the Tiger's Nest. Upon arriving in Bangkok, I desperately sought a full foot and body massage. However, it was already around 7 PM when I settled in, and finding a good one wasn’t easy. I am very thankful for the staff's assistance in calling at least four different places until I found one nearby! ——————————- The ambiance is lovely, and the room is cozy and modern. All drinks and snacks in the minibar are complimentary and refillable, and I appreciate the inclusion of some Thai snacks so much! The bathroom embraces minimalism, with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion smell wonderful and are eco-friendly.
Great stay overall. The hotel is conveniently located near Thong Lo BTS, with plenty of cafes and food options in the area. The service was excellent—staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay, and housekeeping kept my room very neat and tidy. Some highlights: * Free minibar with curated snacks * After I checked out, the hotel kindly offered me access to a shower room before my flight, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.
