I recently stayed at S31 Sukhumvit Hotel and had a really comfortable experience. The property felt well kept, and the amenities made the stay easy and convenient. What stood out most for me was the staff — everyone I dealt with was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I arrived. I’d happily stay here again.
One of the best hotel i’ve ever stayed in Bangkok! First, the location. Its strategically located opposite EmSphere, making it accessible to anywhere nearby. Second, the room. They have various option of room, and my room was superb! Will come here again in the near future.
I've tried several hotels in Sukhumvit, and this time I chose S31, in the Duplex Corner room. The hotel facilities and room showed signs of age, but they were also well-maintained. The staff were very polite; the concierge, front desk, housekeeping, and all the staff were very helpful, which is very important for tourists. Overall, the price was commensurate with the quality, and compared to other hotels in the same area and of the same age, it was of very high quality. I will definitely choose S31 again next time I come to Bangkok.
From arriving to leaving we felt welcomed and enjoyed our stay here. Very professional service from the concierge to the front desk. Everyone is professional and looking out for you. Rooms were great as was the breakfast. Gym, sauna and pool were clean and refreshing. Just a great overall experience. S31 is a great place to stay!
This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I’ll definitely return. The biggest highlight is the location — very central, with easy access to BTS and MRT, major shopping malls, and plenty of great restaurants and yoga studios nearby. The prices are very affordable, and the breakfast buffet is excellent, served from 6:00 to 10:00 am. The gym, sauna, and pool are all free to use and spacious. The room (including the bathroom) is a bit small, but it’s modern and well designed. There’s a coffee machine, though no kettle is provided. Overall, it offers great value for money. One small suggestion: the traditional instrumental music played in the hallways is quite loud and could be heard in my room until midnight. I ended up using earplugs to sleep.
