We had an excellent stay at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. We were especially grateful for the early check-in, which made a huge difference after our journey. A special thank you to Ameen, Baitong, and Eve at the front reception. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout our check-in process. Their exceptional service and welcoming attitude truly made us feel valued as guests. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always willing to help. I would especially like to mention Mawika & sarisa , who works at the hotel’s café. They was exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. Her interaction with guests was always warm, respectful, and welcoming. She truly made my experience even more enjoyable.
